Welcome to captivatingly beautiful Chatham-by-the-Sea & "Harborview Lodge", a former private sailing lodge in prestigious Chatham, now a beautiful, quality, year-round vacation house.
This spacious, charming, well-maintained, extra-large 14-room beach house is "Family Reunion Perfect"! The common areas are large (great room, dining room, family room, breakfast area, etc.), there are two full kitchens, and the bedrooms are numerous: 7 bedrooms with 4Q, 2D, 4T (no bunk beds, no trundles, no undersized beds, no cots), 2 sofabeds, comfortably sleeps 18 and will accommodate 10 adult singles; 7 couples; or 1-5 families of all ages & grandparents. Private apartment suite. Three full modern baths. Oriental rugs, rustic charm, beamed ceilings, wide pine floors, massive fireplace, quality furnishings...a crisp immaculate modern-classic...safe for young children (fully enclosed 10x30 harbor view deck, private off-road grounds). Very spacious, private & affordable for multiple families.
This charming, well-maintained private beach house overlooks an ocean harbor leading to Nantucket sound, the warmer side of the Atlantic Ocean, and is a short walk/bike/drive to magnificent Harding's Beach. A safety sidewalk/bike path is 0.3 mi quiet neighborhood walk from the house; once on the sidewalk/path, it is 0.4 mi to the beach. Not to worry, if you drive, there are 2 large parking areas. Harding's Beach is 1-1/2 miles long and offers two spacious white sandy beaches with warm water swimming and terrific beach combing.
Deeded association path to water. Kayak to town. Moor your boat a stone's throw away at one of two neighborhood marinas. Fall in love with the view, the beach, the area, the ambiance.
Set down by the water and nestled in the tall pines, at first glance this property looks diminutive...it is anything but! With oceanviews, 7 private bedrooms (no "walk-throughs"), and many large common areas, this property is one of a select few that offers the best of all worlds...location, togetherness AND privacy.

$3000-$7000 off-season week (Jan-May $3000-$4500/wk)(early June $5000-$7000/wk)
$8700-$9500-$8700 summer week (June 19 - September 4)
