Ocean Breeze East condo description
Tile flooring and granite counter tops are just some of the special touches to this condo. Two full size beds in the second bedroom and a very comfy sofa and two side chairs in living area.Close to restaurants, shops and activities. The sunsets and dolphin views are amazing!
During peak season we prefer reservations to be booked from Saturday to Saturday, minimum of 5 nights.

Short trip but a great time
Short trip but a great time
We like this property because it had four condos to a floor unlike the big ones. Three adults and a two kids staying for a four night stay. This condo was roomy for us and the furnishing in the living room was nice comfy. 2nd bedroom had two full beds which made it great for the kids It doesn't matter where you go always a remote gremlins. But the rental company had them replace when we called. Great stay will come.

Recommended for: Families with young children.
Arrived at unit around 2 p.m. Found that the air unit was in the process of begin replaced. We received no notice of this and it delayed our ability to get into the condo until 4:30. Up on entering the condo found the following: 1. Light bulbs out in the kitchen area and light lens full of bugs. 2. Refrigerator door dirty. 3. Pots and pans dirty. We had to wash all pots/pans/plates/silverware and glassware before use by hand! 4. Dishwasher was not working and filthy. Had to use a towel to soak up the water that was under the sink from the dishwasher leaking. 5. Over head light over the dining room table missing 4 bulbs. 6. Chair in the den area head rest had some type of oily film and dirt collection. We had to put a towel over this to keep from getting contaminated. 7. Handle on the sliding glass door in the den broken. 8. Door leading to the second bedroom had soft drink residue on the face and door jams. 9. Door on the air conditioning closet filthy. 10. Over head light in the 2nd bedroom missing three bulbs. 11. Hall bathroom tub filled with hair. 12. Light fixture in hall bath missing 2 bulbs. 13. Master bath room missing 2 bulbs in light fixture. 14. Master bath tub filled with hair. 15. Glass door not clean in master bedroom. 16. Both sets of blinds on both sliding doors not working. 17. Shower curtains in both baths rooms covered with black mold. I ripped these down and took them to Rental Agent. Rental agent did replace the curtains and sent out the cleaning crew who spent about 6 minutes in the unit. When I asked the cleaning crew to address all of these issues the response was : “We do not get paid to do deep cleaning” Since we wanted to enjoy our time my wife, daughter, son and I spent our first night cleaning out rented condo. Agent also repaired dishwasher. It appears that the unit had not been rented in a while or the owner where unaware of the condition of the unit. Did talk to others who had rented units within ocean breeze east and all where pleased.

Owner response: Our check in time is after 3:30pm folks arrive early, understandable wanting to enjoy our beautiful beach. It was unfortunate and unforeseen mechanical issue with the AC went out at the last minute and we were able to get a new AC working we had nowhere else to put these folks or we would have. Unit could not be clean until the work was done in the unit from the AC, which housekeeping was trying to hurry to get the folks in which cause these items to be overlook, which in return cause them to get in an hour later after check in. Regarding the housekeeping saying what they did, we no longer use that company. We did our best to address all their issue. This is still a great place to stay and the condo back up and looking great.
Very nice, we stayed 7 days. Easy to find and close to everything.

This is a low density building close to all the great things that Perdido key, FL has to offer. Emerald/Blue Green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. As owners, we reside in bordering areas of Perdido Key, FL. It is an enjoyment to have a piece of Paradise.

This area of Perdido Key is very unique, as it offers nature at its best. Gulf Island National State Park which offers a beach, nature trail, borders on the Gulf of Mexico and Intercoastal waterways.
