Beautifully renovated two bedrooms, one bathroom ski-on/ski-off condo conveniently located off Queens Highway taking you directly down to the new Hotel One and Tram Base expansion now underway, can sleep five to seven people. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a double bunk with a single on top in the second bedroom. A pull-out sleeper is also available in the living room. This unit also includes a lot upgrades that the other units do not have like an oak kitchen and bathroom, new flooring and updated furniture making your stay a lot more pleasurable. The convenience of on-site lodging is hard to beat.

Jay Peak gets more snow than anywhere else in the New England with miles of gladed terrain, incredilble snowfalls, and magical sceneries. Jay was voted the #1 ski area in the east by Skiing magazines. This is a family friendly resort with lots of activities for the whole family throughout the year. On site activities include tennis, swimming, hiking, golfing and of course the best skiing in the northeast.

  • Our group of 4 rented this unit for 4 days of spring skiing in mid-march. This is a very nice unit with a terrific location near the tram and base. Everything was very nice - clean and well maintained. I would certainly rent this property again.

  • Enjoyed 2/27 to 3/1/09 at Jay. Your condo was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Location was perfect. It was sunny and not windy, with Sat a little icy due to Fri rain. A very nice time.

  • Our group of six, ages 21 to 25, stayed at this condo from December 29th 2008 - January 3rd, 2009. The condo was perfectly sized, clean and comfortable (Even with the negative temperatures outdoors). We cooked all our own food using the full kitchen, had accessibility to wood for the fireplace within 2 minutes from out front door and the washer / dryer came in handy to clean and dry our ski equipment. The apartment was located off the ski trail Queens Highway and we were able to ski to and from our apartment. There was always ample parking in front of the condo, even during the day when the the Jay Peak Resort parking lot was packed. I would definitely stay at this location again if I traveled back up to Jay for skiing.
