In prestigious Tuscan Ridge, it has over 2000 square feet of living area, all on one level, with two separate sitting rooms, a formal dining area, a luxury king-sized master bedroom with en suite, further queen-sized double bedroom, twin room and triple bunk bed room ideal for children. A kitchen with every modern convenience is complemented by cable TV on all four TV sets (including 32 inch in the lounge), DVDs and video players, Playstation 2, tennis racquet's, baby highchair and cot, with all bed linen and towels provided. The pool (heated on request) is not overlooked on all sides and faces south west, offering views of conservation woodland and fabulous sunsets - a peaceful and private setting after busy days out.

My wife's family and I (5 adults, all senior citizens) rented this villa for six weeks in early 2011. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood just off US27 a short distance north of Interstate-4. All the furnishings were in beautiful condition, and the property management company was very responsive to the few minor problems (like an unresponsive remote control) we had. The layout of two living areas allowed my wife and her mom to be in separate areas of the house so they could each watch their favorite TV programs at the same time. The pool was lovely and heated to a comfortable temperature for my wife's arthritic back. There are no houses immediately in back of the villa, so we had no one watching us when we used the pool. The only thing I would have liked that we didn't have was a safety bar at the shallow end of the pool to help my partially handicapped wife and her 90-year old mother get in and out of the pool. (In all my searches of rental properties, I have not found one rental that has a safety bar). The WiFi connection worked perfectly, and I was able to easily perform my day job responsibilities as well as I could do at home. The only problem (very minor) we found was with the corded phone. The main phone ringer did not work, but the ringer on the phone in the master bedroom did. A few times the phone rang early in the morning and woke my wife up out of a sound sleep, but other than that it was a stress-free stay. The owner was very responsive to my inquiries when I first started thinking about renting his villa. His place was such a great value that we have rented it again for 2012.
Recommended for:Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed at the villa for our honeymoon and must I say it was the most relaxing and stress free getaway we have ever experienced. Communication and booking are first class and Alan and Sue are very friendly and easy to communicate with. This home had us amazed from day one to day eight being located in a supremely quiet neighborhood, beautiful sunsets, remarkable atmosphere and definitely considered a family friendly stay or romantic get away! Home is spotless from front to back side to side. Having the basic kitchen necessities and bedroom necessities made this stay ONE OF A KIND! Literally no worries from the day of booking til the morning we left! Alan responds very quick to emails when something of importance is at all a concern. We have a cracker barrel at home and we love the food, so this is where we ate breakfast just about every morning prior to going to Universal, Disney, Sea World or any other attraction that may be the main reason for your stay! By the way which are all within a 15-30 minute drive. VERY CONVENIENT IF THE KIDDOS ARE WITH YOU! No "Are we there yet?" questions... I could go on and on but this review has to stop somewhere! I LOVED THIS STAY FAR BETTER THAN ANY OTHER VACATION! MUST STAY FOR YOURSELF TO FIND OUT! God Bless!

Anyone contemplating the rental of this villa would not be disappointed. The owners Alan & Sue were great to work with. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly, we enjoyed our walks. We had 4 adults and 1 child and the layout of the house suited our family needs perfectly. The proximity to Disney made our daily trips a breeze even for the lttle one that wanted to know "are we there yet?". Grocery and other shopping was within 3 minutes,so we were able to plan & enjoy our meals in. The well maintained heated pool was a great relaxer after a busy day at Disney. It was a nice touch to have 2 strollers & a wheelchair at the villa. All of us agreed we would definetely return here and recommend this villa to other people.
