This is a very modern beach house with all the amenities and toys galore. Views from every room. The front of the house is on a bird estuary so there are bay views. The back of the house overlooks the ocean. No houses in the front or back of the house.
Great patio overlooking the beach with seating, barbeque, and fire pit. Balcony on top of the house. Great for dolphin watching or getting your email. This house has Wi-Fi Internet so just bring your laptop.
The inside of the house has full length windows. You can see the beach and ocean from the living room, the wide open kitchen with plenty of sitting or the master bedroom which is not a private room. It has a queen bed and private bathroom but it is raised above the living room with a wonderful view and small cable TV.
The living room has a large satellite TV, but it may be hard to watch because the windows are next to it and it is hard not to stare at the ocean.
The other 2 bedrooms are private and have queen beds. There are 2 roll-a-way beds and cots for children. There is a second bathroom with easy access.
Plenty of beach toys are provided. There are 3 kayaks with paddles and life jackets. Surf boards, boogie boards, skin boards. Beach chairs and beach towels too. Even sand toys for the kids.
You don't need to bring anything but your sun tan lotion. Plenty of wildlife. This part of the spit has security 24/7 although it is not necessary.
There are sand dunes off the patio which you walk across to the beach. Just beautiful and the sandy is soft and smooth with gold spots running through it. Great for hiking.
The beach water is clean. The waves break off the beach so the shore is safe for the little ones and the waves are great for beginner surfers and boogie boarders. This is a great family vacation spot.
