Welcome! We invite you to spend your vacation in our charming totally remodeled 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condominium located in the Powderwood Development in Kimball Junction area in Park City, Utah. Just a short walk to Park City's free shuttle which runs every 30 minutes and takes you to The Canyons (three miles), Park City Mountain Resort (six miles), Deer Valley (eight miles) or to Main Street in Park City. Our condo is a short walk to the Tangier Factory Outlets if you're up for shopping and close to Redstone Center in Kimball Junction which includes many good restaurants, a variety of shops and boutiques, and a movie theatre. Reserved covered parking is available for those that drive to the condo.
This little home away from home has been totally updated with granite countertops, copper sinks, new appliances and tastefully furnished with comfortable beds, hand crafted tables and dressers, TV's in each of the bedrooms and top of the line linens and towels. Cozy up in the living room with a fireplace and watch a movie on cable TV or DVD. The unit is fully equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, hair dryer, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board as well as the necessary kitchen supplies. After a long day on the slopes, enjoy the outdoor Jacuzzi and heated pool.

Wonderful Cozy Rental

Three of us stayed at this rental for almost a week in February. The unit was clean, cozy and the sunny window and balcony made it nice to get a little sun while still enjoying the snow. The kitchen was a little tight, but well stocked. The fireplace allowed us to dry our snow gear everyday. Covered parking was a nice touch when it snowed. The garbage dump was right at the bottom of the stairs so we didn't have to hike for it. Community spa was nice and hot and had plenty of space for lots of people. Great rental for a few people. Highly recommended!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.
