Stylishly remodeled 2100 square foot townhouse. Sunburst Unit 76 is a very private end unit right on the golf course. This unit is at the base of Elkhorn and Dollar mountains making it ideal for guests with beginning skiers. The living/dining room features vaulted ceilings and a river rock fireplace. The large southwest-facing deck off the living room has a gas barbecue and views of the golf course, Elkhorn ski lift, and Dollar Mountain. Hike, cross-country ski, or snowshoe right from the door.
The ground floor master bedroom features an en-suite bath with walk-in shower and a second large deck with golf course and Dollar Mountain views. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds which can be bridged into a king. An open loft above the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and a desk area.
The kitchen and all of the bathrooms have been recently remodeled and feature new cabinets and appliances, granite and tile counter tops, and heated tile floors in the bathrooms. Professionally cleaned and maintained.
Sunburst's pool and hot tub are just a few steps away. Unit includes access to all Elkhorn amenities. The large Elkhorn Village pool (summer) is a short five-minute walk away. A free KART bus to downtown Ketchum and Baldy's ski lifts leaves every 20 minutes from the corner.

I really enjoyed this condo. It was remodeled with great taste. My only concern was the lack of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper. I had to go to the grocery store and purchase all this items since there only one of each item. Not enough for a weeks stay!!
Owner response:So sorry about the lack of paper products. The housekeepers are supposed to leave enough for the entire stay. We will check into it. Other than that, we're glad you enjoyed the condo!

The condo was great! It had an open floor plan which made it feel bigger than it was. We had four adult couples and it did not feel crowded. The condo was clean and well maintained. The security deposit was returned promptly. We would stay there again.

Our stay at this fabulous Sun Valley townhome in February 2011 was the first time we have used VRBO. We loved it! This town hme is very spacious, light, well-equipped. The layout is perfect for famillies or groups and is appropriate for vacation entertaining (cocktails, dinner party etc.) as well. This is an end unit, sited a very short walk away from a convenient parking area. Three bedrooms, a loft, and a large open kitchen, living, dining room with deck and laundry area, and easy access to a yard, made this an ideal home away from home for our family of five. The view is lovely and the furnishing are elegant and perfectly "Sun Valley." Conveniently located close to Sun Valley Lodge and next to Dollar Mountain this unit is a short drive to town. An excellent value managed by very nice people...WE WILL BE BACK!!!

We are here now and this condo is beautiful, meticulously clean and ideally situated. Our family of grandparents and two families with small children fit very comfortably here and the living room, dining room and kitchen are big and open and perfect for eating and visiting together. We have all raved about it and will certainly look to rent it again in the future!

Our family stayed here over Thanksgiving and this condo exceeded our expectations! It is a BEAUTIFUL condo, absolutely well-maintained and the furnishings and decor is perfect for a mountain retreat. The views are amazing! This unit is located at the end of the building so you have views from multiple sides. We loved the master bedroom with its own walk out balcony and second large window with the views of Elkhorn & Dollar Mountain (unit backs up to golf course which was covered in snow during our visit). We spent most of our time in the large family/living room with the wonderful fireplace. The dining area was a good size, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We absolutely recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future!!!

We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend of hiking, biking, swimming, tennis, and fly fishing in the Sun Valley area. This Sunburst condo was perfect for our family of 4 (two teenagers). It is a private, quiet end unit located 1 block from the heart of Elkhorn Village (tennis and swimming) and a short bike ride to Sun Valley Lodge. The condo was recently tastefully remodeled, well stocked, clean and very well maintained. The owners are friendly, helpful and available to answer questions by phone. Thank you!

Very attractively furnished, comfortable condo with well-equipted kitchen, overlooking the golf course and close to other ammenities. The owners have thougfht of everything and arrangements were very professional. Our three generation family had a wonderful week!
