THE PROPERTY:
Welcome to our recently remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1500/sf townhouse with attached one car garage. It's located in Park City's Historic Old Town area and most shopping, food, drink and old-town proper are all less than 10 blocks in all directions. All the bedrooms are well decorated, spacious, with comfortable beds, comfortable new linens and towels. Our kitchen is well equipped with quality glassware, professional cookware and knives, utensils, and everything you will need to cater in-house meals. For entertainment our unit is equipped with flat-screen TV's, DVD players, stereo, high speed wireless Internet connection, and a brand new private Hot Tub on the deck just outside the door.
EXCELLENT LOCATION:
Our town house has such an ideal location that a rental vehicle is not needed to get around. We are directly on Park Ave, 2 to 3 blocks from the Park City Ski Resort and shopping (supermarket -open 24hrs., drug store, over a dozen restaurants,liquor store, cinemas, Block Buster Video, Starbucks Coffee, ski rentals, etc.). A free shuttle service on a major bus route is steps away with average waits of less than 5-minutes, providing quick transportation to Old Town, Park City, Deer Valley, The Canyons, and the Factory Outlet Center. This is a perfect location for guests attending the Sundance Film Festival. In addition, the SLC airport shuttle has a stop directly in front of the unit. A car is really NOT needed!!
ACTIVITIES:
Winter in Park City is well known for its world class skiing and other Nordic activities. Within minutes of our home there are 3 major ski resorts, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing & ice skating at the new indoor ice facility. Numerous private spas and health clubs are available to pamper your every need.
Summer and fall are quite a pleasant surprise to first time visitors. Summer activities include golf, hiking, biking, boating, and shopping. Summer weather is glorious; cool, dry, and the evenings are long and comfortable. Popular activities including golf, hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, horseback riding, sailing, boating, windsurfing and water skiing -- all within 15 minutes. From May through September Park City hosts world-class Music, Wine and Food festivals and the town can often be busier than peak winter season (minus the snow). Summer brings new things to do, but not mosquitos. A real plus for those looking to escape the summer heat of their home towns.
TRANSPORTATION:
The FREE bus stop is only steps away and local taxis operate 24/7! If you bring a car we have a secure attached one car garage to keep it in.

We maintain friendly local service professionals to insure that you have the most enjoyable stay as possible. These people are locals. They know and love Park City and are a rich resource for your visit.
We are not managed by a major resort rental company. Our rental rates are reasonable and are far less than rates charged by commercial management companies. You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if less than 50% of the runs are open at Park City Mountain Resort seven days prior to your scheduled arrival (only applies December first through April 15th).

Why the Owner Chose Fourteenth St Townhomes
Park City is one of the most magical places in the US. Living in Santa Barbara and Miami, we all know nice cities and Park City has something about it that is really quite special. Between the 3 of us, we spend all times of the year there. We bike, hike, fish, ski, board. We attend the music and cooking festivals, watch the 4th of July parades with our neighbors and go to local events like book signings and art shows. Our condo is really ours. We camp in the mountains over looking the condo, and we watch the sunsets from Glenwild Canyon and enjoy a great bottle of wine sitting in the the Sky Lodge. We love Park City and we are honored to say we live there whenever possible!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
We do not use a mega-property-manger to manage it, and all of the touches and furnishings we picked. We use the unit as the renters do-- and we really believed that if it felt like a home, people would want to stay again and again in our home. Each year we take suggestions from our guests and make them our own. We offer top quality cooking equipment because we like to cook and we know that after a long day on the slope or hiking-- these things matter. The materials we leave for reading and learning reflect things we love about Park City and want to share with our guests. One renter needed to keep their belongings in the garage well after checkout so they could ski the day away and we gladly made that happen. We arranged for another large group to have wine and cheese waiting for them at arrival so they could surprise a friend for their birthday. Our property manager is a local. When he greets you, he can be a fountain of information. Where are the best places to eat or drink, what times are which slopes the best, where can I get fishing gear in a hurry. We pride ourselves on being able to offer this to our guests. We certainly take advantage of it ourselves!! Lastly, we love the fact that the airport all-resort shuttle drops us off right in front of the condo and we never need a car for our stay. This is dreamlike for us-- we need that relaxation sometime and driving in the snow is not something we get a lot of practice with in Miami and Santa Barbara!

The 14th Street Partners are three people: Kelly, David and Jason. We are all friends and we normally live in South Florida (Dave) and Santa Barbara, CA (Jason and Kelly). We all have day jobs but have a love of Park City and knew many others who shared that affection so we teamed up to buy property in the area and provide what we hope is a really great place to spend some time, relax and even maybe ski!!
