RESERVATIONS: We are pleased to offer our Guests personalized assistance in making a Reservation for Regency 609. Operational Office Hours are maintained based on seasonal demands (Please See Above). Guests are invited to contact us either through:

CREDIT CARDS: We only accept VISA or Mastercard. A Credit Card is required to make a Reservation for this property.
COMMITTAL DEPOSIT: A Committal Deposit of $250.00 is required to reserve this property. Committal Deposits are collected at the time of Guest's confirmation of Reservation accuracy. Committal Deposits are applied towards the total cost of Guest reservations.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Guest's VISA or Mastercard information is retained on file throughout Guest's reserved rental of the property. Guest's credit card serves in lieu of a collected Security/Damage Deposit. Charges for damages or Guest's failure to perform as outlined in the Reservation Rental Agreement will have applicable charges applied to Guest's Credit Card.
FULL PAYMENT: Full payment of Guest's Reservation is payable at the time of Guest arrival. Remaining Balances must be paid with certified funds. Payments made with an accepted credit card (VISA or Mastercard) remain subject to additional charges associated with payment processing. Payments made with Cashier's Checks, Money Order or US Currency will not incur additional charges.
OCCUPANCY: Occupancy of Regency 609 is restricted to a maximum of 6 persons. Ideal occupancy is 2 persons in Gulf Front Master King Bed and up to 4 persons in 2 Queen Beds in Guest Bedroom. Occupancy may never exceed 6 persons.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of a Reservation by a Guest is classified as either: Excused or Unexcused. Excused Guest Cancellations are permitted for damage to or destruction of the premises that render it unfit or unsafe for rental or because of a mandatory evacuation order by the Island Authority. Guest cancellations for any other reason than those stated are considered Unexcused and shall remain subject to the forfeiture of the Committal Deposit and other charges outlined in the Rental Reservation Agreement.
RENTAL RATES: Rental rates are found below and will be subject to a Cleaning Fee of $115.00 and applicable taxes of 10.5%.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES: Guest Arrivals are permitted after 3PM Central Standard Time. Guest Departures are required prior to 10AM Central Standard Time. Any exceptions to Arrival or Departure Times require pre-authorized written approval by NVR.

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful week on Navarre Beach. This condo was tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. We hope to return next year for longer and invite the family as well. Thank you to Thane of Kilgore Realty for making our vacation effortless and the owners for opening up a wonderful place to stay!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just returned from a vacation to Navarre Beach and stayed in your condo. It was decorated beautifully! It was large enough that we were not on top of each other and the beds were so comfortable.
