AGE REQUIREMENTS: Rentals of this property may only be made by a Guest Lessee that is a minimum of 25 years of age and may at Lessor's discretion require additional background checks and conditions be met.

ALLOWED OCCUPANCY: Permitted Occupancy of Regency 609 allows a maximum of 6 persons (this includes small children and infants). Occupancy of this property includes all invitees of Guest Lessee. This property cannot be reserved and used for large gatherings of more than 6 persons.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Once an established Reservation is confirmed it is the optional responsibility of the Guest Lessee to select and purchase Travel Protection or Trip Interruption Travel Insurance protection through a reputable and licensed third party provider. Lessee remains responsible for the full faithful financial performance outlined in the executed Short Term Rental Reservation Agreement. Excused Cancellations may be made by Guest Lessee exclusively in instances of:

* Mandatory Island Evacuation Orders by the Island Authority

* Mandatory Property Evacuation Orders by any Official with Jurisdictional Authority To Protect the Safety and Welfare of all Persons and Property

* Any Actions, or lack Thereof, made by the Property Owner such that would interfer or impede the legal and quiet enjoyment of use by Guest Lessee.

* Damage or Destruction of the property or premises such that renders rental occupancy as being unsafe or hazardous.

Guest Lessee Cancellations recognized as being excused are exempt from the financial performance outlined in the Short Term Rental Lease Agreement. Excused Cancellations remain eligible for a refund of the paid Committal Deposit, or if applicable, a prorated refund of all monies paid for Guest Lessee's unused portions of reserved rental use.

COMMITTAL DEPOSIT: Confirmed rental use of this property will only be made upon receipt of Guest Lessee's payment of the Committal Deposit. Committal Deposit payments must be made with the use of certified funds which include: Accepted Credit or Debit Cards, Bank Issued Cashier's Checks, Money Orders or US Currency. Committal Deposit payments are applied towards the all inclusive cost of Guest Lessee's rental use of the property and do not serve as a refundable Damage Deposit. Payment of the Committal Deposit must be made within 72 Hours of making a Reservation or the property will be made available for rental by another Guest. The Committal Deposit required to reserve Regency 609 is $250.00.

CREDIT CARDS: NVR accepts Discover, Mastercard or VISA. Payment of the required Committal Deposit with use of an accepted Credit Card is exempt from additional charges associated with card processing. Guest Lessee's use of an accepted Credit or Debit Card for payment of an Outstanding Reservation Balance or for billable charges associated with Guest's Lessee's rental use of the property will incur added charges for expenses associated with Credit or Debit card processing.

PAYMENT: Full payment of Guest Lessee's reserved rental use of this property must be made prior to Guest Lessee taking rental possession of the property. Payment of an Outstanding Balance must be made at the time of Check-In and requires the use of Certified Funds.

PETS: Pet animals are expressly NOT permitted. Violation of the Pet Policy may result in the immediate termination of allowed rental use and occupancy of the property and Lessee's forfeiture of all monies paid. Additional billable charges associated with pet remediation efforts, property replacements, repairs or Fines, if any, levied by the Homeowner's Association will be billed to Lessee's Credit Card.

PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: NVR reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations in instances of Force Majeure.

RENTAL RATES: Published Rental Rates reflect seasonal rental demands and are subject to change until confirmed. An Instant Rate Quote is available by selecting the Instant Rate Quote feature located above on the right hand side of this listing. The most favorable rental rates are those for weekly reservation visits of Saturday to Saturday.

Minimum periods for rental of this property are required and may be found under RATES.

Rentals during periods identified as "Peak Demand" are maintained exclusively on a weekly basis that begins and concludes on Saturday.

SMOKING: Smoking inside any interior portions of the property is expressly NOT permitted. Guest Lessee's violation of the NO SMOKING policy will result in the immediate termination of rental use and allowed occupancy of the property and Guest Lessee's forfeiture of all monies paid.
