This property is located steps to the ski lift. This is a corner unit is in excellent condition with everything like new. The owner uses the unit with his family and has never rented the unit before now. It has many great features including hardwood floors in the kitchen and entry, granite kitchen counters with beautiful finishes. The entire unit is on one floor with a large gathering area for entertaining. Each of the three bedrooms has a full bath and plenty of closet space. Each bedroom also has a flat screen TV if you take a break from skiing.
The unit has views of the pool, hot tubs and the mountains. You will also be able to store your ski equipment right in the unit as once you put your ski boots on you just go down the elevator and out the door where the lift is right at the unit. The community is a country club and has its own lift and ski runs. The lift will also connect you to the ski runs of Beaver creek and Bachelors Gulch for a total of 17 lifts. The community also has two great restaurants that you can walk to from the condo. One is at he base of the mountain for casual eating and the other is for more upscale lunch or dinner. If you need lift passes or ski rentals there is a center just outside the condo before you get on the ski lift. At the base of the lift is the restaurant called the broken arrow that is casual dinning and bar inside and outside and a great place to listen to live music by the fire pit.

- Mountain View: This unit is a corner penthouse with windows that look in several directions, so the views are of the pool area and the mountains. The 3rd floor is nice because it gives you privacy and the best views.
- Ski-In: You can't get closer to the lift than this unit. The building is located directly in front of the lift. Walk out and jump on the lift.
- Ski-Out: The unit is located directly next to the lift. Each day can end with relaxing by the fire pit at the base of the lift. See the photo's for details
- Communications
- WiFi (Wireless Internet): If you bring your laptop a free wireless connection is available. There also is a HP printer if you need to use it for your printing needs
- Other Amenities
- This unit is in the most exclusive building in Arrowhead called the Alpine Club. This building is right next to the lift and also houses a ski rental shop and lift ticket center so getting on the slope is simple. Just outside the condo is also a restaurant called the broken arrow which has a full bar service and a fire pit for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Winter rentals are now being booked but get in early this place sells out.
Rentals for Summer 2009 are now being booked and the rate is $350 per night
on a weekly basis. Longer vacation requests and monthly rentals will be given
a reduced rate. Contact us via email or by phone with your requested dates.
All weekly rentals will have a one time cleaning fee of $125 added to the rental.
daily maid service can be added for a fee.
