This beautiful midrise condominium is directly on the beach in Crystal Beach. Perfectly located, it is close to wonderful dining across the street at Camille's, one block from the Beach Walk Cafe, and all that our open air mall the Destin Commons has to offer including brand-name stores, specialty shops and restaurants.
The views are incredible from this fourth floor, completely renovated, sunny west-end accommodation!
Camille’s Restaurant is located across the street from Emerald Dunes. Camille’s has out of the world sushi as well as other wonderful menu items such as salads, chicken, steak & pizza. Camille’s also has a coffee shop for your am coffee & a gourmet deli to assist you in whipping up gourmet feast in the fully equipped kitchen at Emerald Dunes.
The Beach Walk Café is located very close to Emerald Dunes. You can always find unique chefs creation here to tempt your palate. The back wall is 2 stories of glass to enjoy the wonderful Destin, Florida beach. I personally prefer to sit outside though; you are only a foot away from the sugary sand. You can walk over in your bathing suit from Emerald Dunes & have a fabulous lunch. They also have wonderful brunch during the weekend too!

Close by to Emerald Dunes is the Destin Commons outdoor mall. Enjoy your favorites such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Ann Taylor Loft, Banana Republic & Maui Nix Surf Shop to mention a few of the great stores. My new favorite here is the Black/White Store. When you need to take a break from shopping you can dine at the Hard Rock Café, Panera Bread or Sushi Siam. More than just shopping the Destin Commons Center Plaza offers a soft-play kids playground and a 49-head pop fountain that is always a big hit for the kids. Community activities and entertainment are held through the year at Destin Commons for fun for the entire family. Rave Motion Pictures is also housed at Destin Commons to catch the latest releases. Johnny Rockets is right outside of the theater as is Cold Stone Creamery for a snack before or after the movie.
The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is just a few miles away from Emerald Dunes. A vacation in it’s own right for shoppers you will have access to over 100 stores, Polo Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer, Liz Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Lenox, Nike and Reebok - just to name a few. Just got back from spending a week at Emerald Dunes. The water was very clean and the sand as white a snow. It was a great place to spend a week in October. There is every little wait when you go out to eat. We had 5 days of clean beach but on the last day there was a lot to jelly fish but that is what is the was it is sometimes. The view is great and it is really nice to have the end unit. The master and the second bedroom have great views of the gulf and the beds look new. The bathroom are a little small but who wants to spend much time in the bathroom when you have the gulf steps away. The chairs in the living room are a little worn for wear but other than that every things is great. We did not do any cooking but looking at everything that was in the kitchen I would not have a problem with fixing a meal. Thanks for a great week in October and looking foward to a great week in June. .Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.
