Paradise Landing, where our cabin is located, is a family oriented neighborhood. We offer our guests the finest accommodations, amenities and recreational opportunities in the Smoky Mountain region.
Our cabin is professionally decorated and situated on 3 private waterfront (seasonal) acres away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area, but convenient to many area attractions, theaters and shopping outlets.
If you just want to relax, you can find everything you need right here. Enjoy spending the day fishing or boating on beautiful Douglas Lake or take a quiet walk in the park like mountainside neighborhood. Don't miss out on the beautiful fall colors during October.
The cabin has a fireplace, hot tub on screened porch, and is fully furnished with dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and linens/blankets. Trash removal. There are 3-king bedrooms with private bathrooms, a screened porch with gas grill, 2 open-air porches equipped with rocking chairs and swings, and a game room with a pool table.
Ask about our food-stocking service to save you a trip to the grocery store. Just tell us what you'd like and it will be waiting for you upon your arrival.
Near historic Dandridge, and just a short distance to Gatlinburg, Asheville and the famous Biltmore House, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Close proximity to Knoxville Airport (Tyson McGee Airport). Convenient to many area golf courses and white water rafting. Ober Gatlinburg is nearby for all you ski and snowboarding buffs.

All deposits are Non-Refudable. Reservations can be changed but not canceled. If for some reason you need to cancel your reservation, you will be given (1) year from the date you made your reservation to reschedule your stay. Failure to reschedule will result in forfeiture of all deposits

Dear Guest; Please take a moment to look over and verify your reservation dates and deposit amount. If you have any questions, please give me a call at 321-961-4663. No refunds for any reason. Deposits are non-refundable. If for some reason you need to cancel your reservation, you will be given a period of one (1) year from date you made your reservation to reschedule your stay. Sunset Cove is located on a hilly terrain above the lake level. This may require you to walk down a gravel road and or steps to reach the water. BE ADVISED: This may be difficult for disabled individuals, children, pregnant women, elderly, etc. We are not responsible for conditions upon arrival resulting from weather and/or lake levels. Douglas Lake is a TVA maintained waterway. TVA, precipitation and weather may affect the level of Douglas Lake. We are not responsible for the water level’s effect on stationary docks, floating docks, swimming, boating or fishing. The water is typically low from the months of September- beginning of May. During extremely dry seasons, TVA may lower the water level. Please call if you have any questions regarding lake levels. Our cabin has well water. Please be advised that well water may have a sulfurous odor at times and taste differently. Our cabin has a water system to soften and purify the water thus giving the water a different feel. We suggest you bring bottled water or gallon sized jugs of water for drinking, coffee, tea, etc. Every effort is made to have all equipment working at time of check-in. However, be advised that equipment failures may happen. We will do all in our power to rectify any situation that is within our control. Guests are responsible for damaged or missing items, and for extra cleaning fees, due to negligence or any action on their part. We will send you your key code for the digital lock for the cabin via e-mail two weeks prior to your arrival. NO PETS ALLOWED. If you bring your pet please be advised that you will be asked to leave and forfeit all monies for your stay. Some people are very allergic to animals and we take that very seriously. NO SMOKING INSIDE CABIN. Smoking urns and ashtrays are provided on the porches. By accepting this reservation, customer has read and agrees to all rental terms. Have a safe trip and we look forward to accommodating you and your family.
