  we had a wonderful 10 days here at the lea nani #415 absolutely beautiful fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay we were so lucky to find this place an it couldnt have been easyer to arrange thank you for that this was a much needed vacation for our family an a long time comeing we hated to leave kauai an the lea nani our most definatly our happy place we hope to return again soon we love this unit thanks so much to the pattons for shareing there piece of paradise . the britton family ..

  This is a beautiful condo. Many new furnishings. Very clean. A wonderful view of the ocean. We love this condo. We plan to return again next year, The owners are wonderful people to work with. We hope to meet them someday. You will not be disappointed with this unit,

  We love this place and return time and time again. The unit is first class,outfitted by the owners as their "second home" and continually upgraded. At our last visit we discovered that Marble showers had been installed! The unit's patio opens onto a broad grassy area with a view (and sounds) of the rolling waves meeting a small beach area. In addition, there is a large pool area as well as an ancient sacred site just steps from the patio. Kapaa is well situated with restaurants, entertainment and relatively easy acess by the main highway to golf, hiking and other major areas. If you want a quite peaceful oasis, I highly recommend it.

  Mom and Dad, Thanks for letting all of us stay here, and hosting us all and driving us all around to all the perfect surf breaks on Kauai. The condo is the nicest I have ever seen it. The remodeled bathroom sinks and granite shower is superb. Now, I'm totally motivated to rip out by sinks at home and replace with those beautiful artistic glass bowls used in your bathrooms. Eric, the property manager, has really up-scaled the landscaping on the grounds. Wow, I love the variety of tropical flower smells and healthy green grass sprawling all the way down to the beach from the Paton ground floor lanai. I have never surfed so many perfect waves in my life. The north shore had perfect pealing breaks in warm water and sunny skies. Surfing with my buddies was great. They had as much fun as I did. Thanks again and see you next Christmas! Mahalo!

  We loved our recent stay in Kauai. This condo is very well appointed and comfortable. Everything was in excellent condition. The master bedroom is beautiful. It is very tastefully decorated. The views out the two sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom are so picturesque with the well manicured lawns, gardens and ocean. It is a short distance from the ocean and we liked being able to look out at the lawn as well as the ocean. We thought it was one of the best locations and loved being on the ground floor. The pictures don't do justice to the beauty of the view and the property. We would highly recommend this unit.

  Our second trip to Kauai was just as fabulous as the first thanks to this well-equipped, spacious condo! It was exactly as described in the listing!We love the Lae Nani location as it's the perfect place to head off for that adventure north or south. It was wonderful to come back to our home away from home as that's just what this condo was. Mom and dad had privacy and the girls were super comfortable in their room and LOVED having their own bathroom! The ground floor location is great for that quick scamper to the beach, pool or BBQ! We made good use of the beach chairs and toys! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Highly recommended for all!

  If you want a fantastic place to stay while on the island of Kaua'i then this is the place for you. Clean and very organized with every amenity you could think of to make your stay more enjoyable and relaxing. From boogie boards to potato peeler this unit has it all. Location on the island is central and the groundfloor location of the unit is what you had hoped for if you want 24/7 ocean breezes and the sounds of crashing waves coming from the beach. Very quiet location. Well maintained unit and property inside and out. We have been to Kaua'i twice and I wish we had found this property the first time. Mahalo Neil & Louise for not only representing their fabulous unit correctly but exceeding the expectation on all fronts. Very seamless transaction start to finish. From arrival to departure everything was spot on perfect including the spectacular weather they ordered for us. We are already talking about when we could go back and would definitely stay here again. Our only disappointment was leaving so soon.Thanks (Mahalo) again. We'll be back and staying longer!!!   We weren't sure whether booking a return trip to Kauai (we were last there for our honeymoon in '98) with all of our kids would be relaxing. Shouldn't have worried though, Neil and Louise have a true slice of paradise, complete with everything a family could need! The condo is perfect, the best location on site and the ground level makes it wonderful with kids. We brought our four children that range in age from 4 to 10 and it was age appropriate for all of us. There grounds are amazing, definitely the lushest on that stretch in Kapaa. The pool is very nice, large and well maintained. The keiki pool is also nice and was a hit with our younger kids. We stayed for just under two weeks and found the amenities perfect. Our family opted to *eat in* and the kitchen in the condo had everything we needed. The condo is very tastefully decorated but we also felt at home with our whole family. The legos in the closet were a nice touch and the kids enjoyed some family friendly movies that you had on hand as well. It is apparent that the owners have equipped their unit to meet the needs of couples, families or any combination of guests. The central location on the island is a real plus as well and we found that travelling around was very convenient from the Lae Nani location. There were a couple of days that we just stayed at the condo, played on the beach and swam in the pool...no *touring* necessary! Thank you so much for sharing your condo, what a gem. Beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and stocked with every item we needed. We hope to be back again.

  THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL DECORATED UNIT ON THE GROUND FLOOR WHICH IS WHAT WE LOOKED FOR AS MY COMPANION HAS KNEE AND LEG PROBLEMS AND SHE CAN NOT DO STAIRS WELL. THE COMPLEX IS GREAT AND WELL MAINTAINED BY THE GROUND CREW AND ERIC THE MGR. THE BEDS WERE EXCELLENT FOR SLEEPING AND THE KITCHEN IS WELL EQUIPPED....WE HAD PROMPT REPLY FROM OWNERS WHEN WE BOOKED AND FOLLOW UP AFTER THE STAY...WE AGAIN WILL STAY THERE....VERY GOOD UNIT....
