Enjoy our comfortable, newly-remodeled 2 bedroom / 2 bath home located on a quiet street in the wonderful neighborhood of Henderson Center. A one-block walk takes you to a quaint shopping hub of Eureka, where you can start your day with morning espresso at a great family-owned bakery, enjoy restaurants, a gift shop/pharmacy, indulge yourself at a day spa, experience the farmer's market (in season), take care of banking needs and more. Henderson Center is minutes away from Eureka’s historic Old Town and Waterfront and the Sequoia Park Zoo. A short drive finds you at magnificent ocean beaches, towering redwood forests, California State parks, or one the six rivers that form Six Rivers National Forest.
Eureka is approximately 230 miles north of San Francisco, and about 90 miles from the Oregon border. Scenic Avenue of the Giants is about 40 miles south, and Redwood National Park is about the same distance north. We look forward to welcoming you!

Rates are based upon 2 people. Each additional person pays:
$20/night.... $75/week.... $150/month (children 3 & under free).
Stays of less than 30 days are subject to 10% municipal tax.
Two Night Minimum •(Three night minimum Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day;
One week minimum over Christmas week). No Smoking • No Pets
Security Deposit: $125 ($250 for 7 day reservations)• Cleaning Fee: $50
Security Deposit non-refundable if cancellation is within 30 days of reservation

This house was immaculate and adorable. Total 50's retro completely remodeled to the period. We had a garage to park our car and everything we needed including walking distance to everything. The owners were extremely easy to work with and we will return someday.

More than one should expect. House is immaculate. All necessities are provided. Good WiFi. No TV but do have Netflix. Very centrally located. We have visited Redwoods and Lost cost. Highly recommend this house.

A wonderful alternative to hotels. The house shows pride of ownership, is very comfortable and clean. The central location made for easy travel around the area. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The house is small but cozy, perfect for 4-5 people. It was very clean. The heater was a bit noisy but else than that, my family and I would stay here again.

My husband and I have stayed at this Henderson Center Home several times over the past few months and have found it to be a true "home away from home". The location is perfect for events in the Eureka/Humboldt County area and, in addition, it's within walking distance to restaurants, shops and banks in the Henderson Center. Each time we have visited the home it has been very clean and well stocked in terms of everyday supplies. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and the actual layout of the house is ideal. The owners have always been very helpful and responsive at all times. We would highly recommend this property to relatives and friends. You will enjoy your stay here!

This home is very cozy and comfortable. It felt like home in just a couple of hours. A delicious pastry and coffee were just a short walk away. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean. A wonderful feel! Highly recommended.

this house is fantastic. Super clean, spacious and the most comfortable beds one can hope for. Linens provided for with no extra charge. We went to the beach twice, the zoo, played tennis and went to the Avenue of the Giants. Overall a great week. I will recommend to anyone I know looking foe a place to stay

My friend and I are quilters, and rented this home for a little quilter's getaway. It was a wonderful experience! The house was immaculate, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were super comfy! I really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, and checking out the stores at the Henderson Center. We hope to stay again soon!
