Great access to the boardwalk that parallels the beach for miles. Great Happy Hour and Hawaiian music every night at Dukes which is right next door. Will definitely return to the Mahana through Chase 'N Rainbows!

The 1st time we booked through aston Hotels, where we had daily maid service but weren't able to choose our floor or unit. While that was ok,we decided to book through Chasen'Rainbows this time after seeing positive reviews on Tripadvisor. We were able to choose unit 405 and were advised we would have one maid service during our 8-night stay, which worked fine for the 2 of us. The check-in process was 100% smooth and we didn't mind not having access to personnel at the aston desk. We liked using the keyless entry code rather than a keycard. We appreciated that Unit 405 has 2 bathrooms with big walk-in showers for the same rate as a 1/1 we had last april. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. The view is incredible. There were 2 beach towels, 2 snorkel sets and a cooler. This unit had the best supply of towels, TP, soap, dish and laundry detergent than any condo we've every stayed. The only thing we had to buy was shampoo. There was coffee for 1 day, salt/pepper, a few spices and food items left by previous guests.

Mahana Resort was a fabulous place to stay. Checking in was as easy as possible. The resort was everything we had hoped for. We're not huge "all inclusive resort" people and look for a nice place to rest after a full day's activities. The location was perfect for us, Kaanapali beach with the beachwalk was great for morning excercise and the west facing beach with the sunsets were spectacular! The #405 unit was nicely appointed and had everything we would normally need. We especially loved the "keyless" entry as we didn't have to manage a key or keycard and wish more rental units would use this type of feature! The people at Chase N Rainbows were great and easy to work with and had everything laid out perfectly. We would definitely work with them again when we come back to Hawaii.

"fourth time was charm hope to be back in 2012" as always love to hear the ocean. the remodel of the kitchen was very nice. a new mattress in the master would be nice. service from chase'nrainbows was superior. location, location, location

"Great Oceanfront Experience" Service from ChasenRainbows was first-rate. Unit was clean and fresh...well furnished and kitchen was well equipped. Favorite was the corner location and the lanai...beautiful sunsets and visibility of whales, dolphins and surfers.Least favorite was the parking lot repavement project which created problems with overnight parking...also the "refurbishment" of other units which was taking place( I guess a hazard of "off-season".Location was great...with walking beach path all the way (a good distance!) to Whalers Village and proximity of local grocery and other conveniences.Would definitely recommend.
