Enjoy spectacular ocean and lagoon views from this extraordinarily relaxing & serene home-away-from-home at the beach. Locals call it, "The Best Spot in Carlsbad."
Situated on a low bluff steps from the beach, with magnificent white water ocean views, we are on a quiet cul-de-sac, in a neighborhood of private, multi-million-dollar homes. We are exactly one mile from the "village" ....just far enough away from crowds, traffic, noisy night life and parties...... yet still close to all!
There are two small and beautiful detached private vacation houses (not condos) on this very special property. Both houses have whitewater ocean views from inside and outside. Each house has it's own ocean-view yard with outdoor dining area. Each house has its own grill, firepit, patio furniture, beach gear, parking, and new laundry facilities.
A scenic trail to the beach starts right in front of the property! It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the beach. Beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, towels, boogey boards, and an outdoor shower with hot water are all provided!
Each house has two bedrooms and one full bath. Each is recently remodeled, fully equipped, and well stocked with everything you will need. There is plenty of offstreet parking. The entire property is enclosed and safe.
Both houses are kept immaculately clean!!

Rental rates are for one house, and the rates are the same for either house.
