This adorable cottage is one of Treasure Island Sunset Beach's best renovations and landscaped beach cottages.
This cottage is a very short walk (3 houses) to the best beach in Florida. The cottage's 1000 sq. ft. feels much larger with the vaulted ceilings and great room plan. The cottage has been completely renovated/updated with a brand new "Key West" style kitchen cabinets and granite counters, cozy wood plank walls, hardwood floors, colorful bathroom tile and upscale Tommy Bahama style furnishings/decor for the interior.
There are 2 outdoor showers as well as a nice brick patio which is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The back yard has a wood deck for outdoor enjoyment, BBQ grill and table with umbrella for outdoor dining.
There is a very comfortable leather sleeper sofa which may sleep 2 additional guests. The many large windows and vaulted ceilings makes for a bright and cheery interior.
Located within a residential beach community, makes for a quiet getaway with uncrowded beaches for a total relaxing experience. Clean white sand, crystal clear & calm water and spectacular sunsets await you. Walk to local dining and entertainment. Take the local Trolley from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach, or to visit the vibrant downtown-waterfront district of St. Petersburg. The perfect place for R&R.
