This mid-island location (3500 Block), in the non-commercial "quiet center", and 1/2 mile from condos in either direction, insures your intimate beach experience. Our home is directly in the center of a long stretch of beach, noted for abundant old growth coconut palms, you will see in the photos.
A very large wrap-around deck, surrounded by lush vegetation, provides both privacy and spectacular views. Watch dolphins and birds at play. Enjoy incredible sunsets. A large in-deck hot tub provides enjoyable day or nighttime relaxation and views of beach and stars.
This central location provides convenient access to many excellent restaurants. Anthony's-Junkanoo's, is a great beach side eating and drinking establishment, 1/4 mile walk up the beach. You may prefer to take your meals on the deck of our home, however, as there are no restaurants with a better view. Our home provides 2200 sq. ft. of space on the upper level, with an additional 600 sq. ft. apartment on the ground floor.
Large windows and sliding doors provide expansive Gulf views from all living areas and kitchen. Sleeping areas include 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and the queen apartment. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. A large pleasant laundry is located on the ground floor, as well as a 2-car garage, with inside access.
