Friendship Lodge is an exquisite waterfront home built in 2005. It features a graceful covered front porch overlooking Goodyear Lake. The waterfront enjoys 100 feet of private lakefront. An extensive deck system provides decks and a dock for swimming, fishing or just plain relaxing and enjoying the calming view of the lake and rolling hills beyond. An enclosed cabana completes the water front, complete with guest refrigerator. A 3-person canoe is provided for exploring and fishing. And the fishing is great here.

The grounds are lovingly landscaped with stamped concrete walkways, stone walls and bountiful plantings. A basketball hoop and level yard make this family friendly.

The kitchen in this custom-built home features maple cupboards, granite countertops and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a game room with sleeper futon and a foosball table.

The open floor plan features a great room with living, dining and kitchen areas overlooking the lake. French doors lead out to a covered front porch with lots of seating. The master bedroom has a private balcony with seating overlooking the lake. There are 2 TVs with cable. High speed internet access is provided for your laptops.

Guests especially enjoy the tasteful decor that combines antique oak items with contemporary items.

This magnificent waterfront home is convenient to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, the National Soccer Hall of Fame in Oneonta, quality golf courses and the youth baseball tournaments in the Cooperstown area. Canoe and kayak rentals are available and you may bring your motorized boat.

Friendship Lodge is available on a weekly basis (from Friday afternoon to Friday morning) during June, July and August. Off-season rentals are available with a 4 day minimum.
