The Loft is a great place. The location really could not be better. Not being familiar with the area I thought it would be close to Downtown - It is better than close - it is really in the heart of Downtown, which makes it super easy to go to restaurants, shops, etc. The balcony is a great way to relax and get some fresh air. Elevator makes hauling gear in and out easy. Nice place, will definitely come back if staying the the FoCo area.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The loft had all of the comforts of home. The bicycles that were available helped us see more of the area. Would love to go back again someday.

The place was great. Fully equipped kitchen, full washer and dryer, comfy bed, large TV with cable and movie channels...it was just like being home. The location was AMAZING. Literally you could walk anywhere in Old Town, it was really convenient. Brett, the owner, was really nice, helpful, and professional. Overall it was a really great experience, and the price was out of this world. I would recommend this location to everyone, and hope to return there in the near future myself. :)

My wife, daughter, and I stayed here for four nights over President's Day weekend. The property is in the heart of Old Town and within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, breweries, parks, CSU campus, etc. We used our car once to travel to the south side of FC to see friends. If you want to be in central Old Town you could not pick a better place. The loft is spacious, open, and has plenty of room for 3. Our daughter slept on the huge sectional couch and was very comfortable. The kitchen is HUGE with all you need to prepare meals if necessary. The king-sized bed was great and there is a big screen TV. Huge walk-in closet for your things. A separate bathroom/shower from the sink/vanity allows several people to prepare for the day without running over each other. The Loft is extremely clean and modern. Floor to ceiling windows provide a great view to Old Town and the mountains to the west are also visible. We did not use the outside balcony but there are chairs and a grill available for use. Access to the Loft was easy as was check-in and check-out. The entire process from renting the space to checking out could not have been easier. Brett, provided detailed instructions and feedback from the beginning. He was easy to catch on the phone and responded to emails quickly. If central Old Town is your goal and you're tired of the typical motel/hotel experience this is your place!

The Old Town loft on College and Oak in Fort Collins was perfectly situated in the heart of things. Holiday decorations made downtown look magical and you could see it all from the loft windows.

We arrived, parked our car and only got in it two or three times during our three week stay. First, the loft has everything you need and than some. There is a coffee shop no matter which way you walk. The Square is a block and a half; the food wonderful. Silver Grille morning breakfast specials a must. Austins for the best Prime Rib and Lamb; and Bean Cycle for great coffee and fresh baked goods. Silver Grille also has a cinnamon bun that is dangerous -- fortunately we did resist most of the time. Great pubs. We were traveling with our dogs -- they loved the balcony and watching all the happenings -- plus a leash free dog park is a 1.4 mile walk (Straight up Remington, left on Lake) or just a 1 1/2 blocks up Oak Ave. is a great park, but the dogs must be on leashes. Don't miss Wags right up College for dog treats, food, anything you need for your furry traveling companion. The Loft is just amazing, comfort for a plus ... we'll be back.

I was in Fort Collins for a visit with my daughter and to hike the Rockies. This is the best location in Old Town. The price for what you get is a steal. I've stayed in hotels around town, nothing compares. If you don't mind letting yourself in, rent here. The owner Brett is available by phone to help this process go smoothly and is very responsive. If you prefer a warm and fuzzy greeting upon arriving in town better to pay double and go to a hotel. The place is clean and the furniture is very comfortable and modern. There is a king size bed that is super plush. You can relax on the deck while watching the sunset and watching old town come alive. I've already booked two more trips to Fort Collins. Thanks Brett!

This condo is very comfortable and the location really can't be beat. I didn't have any issues with my reservation and had quick responses from the owner. The condo is very clean and the furnishings/bed are super comfortable. Too bad the weather was too chilly to try out the bikes; we might have to come back for some bike cruising. If you're bringing your dog to this very dog-friendly town you can bring them inside with you at the New Belgium Brewery tasting room! Excellent free beer samples with your best friend!

The loft was nice, secure and in a great location with lots to do in old town. It was very difficult to get a confirmation of rental even after my check was cashed. After multiple requests for confirmation and check-in instructions, they were not sent until after 8pm the night before I was due to check in which was too late for me to receive before leaving my destination so check-in was a huge hassle. Also, I never received a receipt which I needed and made clear in many, many requests to Brett. This is enough for me not to recommend to any of my friends.
Owner response:Indeed I should email check in instructions a few days before your arrival. Sorry about that inconvenience. I did check my phone records and found I had 6 calls with you during your stay. This was between 3/27 and 3/31 totalling 15mins. I had two calls the morning of check in, and spent 5 mins on the phone with you 5 hours before check in. Hard to understand your check in being a 'huge hassle'. You are correct I did not send a receipt, I figured a copy of your check would work. My fault on that. If you would like to enjoy a stay again I would gladly offer a night at 50% off. If any of your friends would enjoy the best place to stay in Fort Collins, and spend less than any nice hotels feel free to extend the offer for a night at 50% off. Thanks for your review!

Fantastic and ideal location for our visit to CSU. Secure building and plenty of parking available with the parking decal. Clean and neat upon our arrival. The loft looks brand new - the pictures don't lie! The bed was very comfortable and the towels were lush. Nice large t.v. with abundant cable access. The wall-length windows gave the loft a very open feeling. I especially loved the adjustable shades. The grill on the balcony was ideal for quick meals. Brett was extremely flexible and promptly communicated with us each and every time. Since a train runs through the town light sleepers may be wakened by it's passing. This, however, would be an issue for any location within the town itself. DIdn't have an opportunity to use the bikes, but hope to next time. Plenty of nearby restaurants, shops, and fantastic breweries to fill your time with. I would definitely stay here again! Once again, Brett's flexibility and over-the-phone hospitality is stellar! Thanks, Brett! The Loft more than met our expectations!
