In this Quiet SW Depoe Bay neighborhood, nestled on a quiet street, a true luxury beach destination awaits…just under 400’ from the Pacific Ocean, and within walking distance of the Depoe Bay Harbor and Dining!!! A brand new home, which was furnished (Aug 2008) in modern pieces and beachy accents…all the conveniences of home…more comfort than you would expect.

The main living area simply consists of a beautiful open Kitchen with an island bar, Dining area fit for 10 people, Living Room which features a fabulous 2-sided gas fireplace, and a half bathroom for your added convenience...all of this with Ocean Views to the West!

While you stay, be sure to spend as much time in the Private, Deluxe Hot Tub listening to the Pacific Ocean roar, waiting for the sun to set or stargazing til' far past your bedtime.

Features included in the Ocean View Master Suite are a private full bathroom, ultra plush queen bedding, and an enchanting nights’ sleep. While you are away from home, you will not be away from your family…for all of the bedrooms are cozily adjoined by one hallway, with a bathroom on the top level of the home!

All sleeping locations are complete with luxury linens, fluffy pillows, and cozy blankets. Throughout your vacation home, Fresh towels are plentiful…your every need considered!

However difficult it may be to leave, exciting adventures await! You may enjoy strolling the Board Walk of Depoe Bay, sandy beaches at Fogarty Creek State Park or Beverly Beach State Park, tide-pooling at the Otter Rock State Park, or Whale watching on a Chartered Fishing Trip. Your taste may be to travel beyond the quaint city limits?

Fill your stomach with a diverse variety of eateries or maybe your trunk after shopping at the Tanger Outlet Center. All located due North approximately 20 minutes to Lincoln City. A bit closer is the natural wonder of The Devil’s Punch Bowl, and a local winery for your tasting pleasure, in the cozy town of Otter Rock.

Newport is a bit further South (about 20 minutes), with many excursions like the Oregon Coast Aquarium, Board Walk on the Bay Front, Eclectic Nye Beach… there’s just so much to see on the Oregon Coast! You must really witness it all for yourself!

"A Cool Breeze I" can be rented with "A Cool Breeze II" and/or "A Cool Breeze III" to accommodate 28 - 42 persons.

Please note that this home provides an exceptional, luxurious environment for guests to enjoy. In order to ensure that the quality of this home and its contents remain in excellent condition for your enjoyment, the owner does not allow pets and requires a FULLY REFUNDABLE security deposit.

  • My group of 12 had a terrific stay at Cool Breeze I. Found the place just as in the photos, very clean, new, comfortable. Excellent bedding! Nice Hot tub. Short walk to the Depoe Bay marina. I would certainly recommend to others as a good possibility. (Deposit returned promptly, as well).

  • What a lovely home! We had a wonderful time. The process in reserving our space was very simple and our deposit was returned in a timely manner. Our only complaints were that there were no chairs on the deck to enjoy the view or visit with friends in the hot tub. We would definitely stay again!

  • Comment Text: We had a great time at 'A cool breeze I'. The house was great inside - had everything you could ask for. We thought the kitchen was well stocked and cooked a couple of meals at the house. The jacuzzi was terrific as well. The owners were very accomodating. We had an infant and needed a crib and high chair and they set one up for us and even brough over some toys for him to play with. The location of the house is great - half way between Lincoln City and Newport, so lots of things to see and do. Would definatly come back again. Thanks for a great stay!

  • We had a wonderful stay at this rental property. It was very clean with plenty of linens. The beds were very comfortable. The house was decorated nicely. The gas fireplace and hot tub were a great plus with the spring weather. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of glasses, wine glasses, bowls, and plates. The only thing that I would recommend is making sure that you bring needed cookware as the kitchen is only stocked with basic cookware and utensils. The kitchen was adequate for our stay as we only planned simple meals. I would not hesitate to stay at this rental property again!!

  • We stayed for a weekend in August. When looking for a great deal, I was hesitant because the price was so low...usually the quality the fares! It really was brand new in every sense of the word! We were informed it was new to the rental pool, but we didn't realize that everything would be new? The owners really paid attention to what we needed...and it was soo clean. The kids loved the bunk beds and that the rooms were next to ours. We loved the hot tub. The sunsets were amazing! Depoe Bay is so cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed the outings on foot, up and down the strips of stores that run along the ocean. Must I go on? This vacation was one of the best by far...we felt taken care of. We can't wait to go back! Enjoy your stay!
