Why the Owner Chose Casa del Mar
Casa del Mar is a small, elegant and quiet community on the West-End of Panama City Beach, FL. The pool is right outside our backdoor and the beach is directly across the street. The 2-car garage and personal elevator are two other features that we love. Just pull into the garage and unload everything into the elevator. No more carrying heavy luggage up and down stairs. We are excitedly anticipating the new International Airport that will be completed in 2010. Lots of great seafood to be enjoyed year-round!

The pool is right outside our back door and the beach is directly across the street, less than 100 yards from our front door. Close to all of our favorite restaurants!
