This is a newer three bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the third (top) floor boasting spectacular mountain views. You'll feel right at home in this relaxing, quiet, and well-equipped home. Enjoy the flat screen television and gas fireplace in the living room. Another flat screen tv is provided in the master bedroom. You can spread out with plenty of space including two balconies and cook a gourmet meal in the full kitchen. With a king, a queen, a bunk bed with two fulls, a pull-out twin mattress under the bunk bed, a baby mattress under the king bed, and an optional full air mattress, you can comfortably sleep up to 6 adults or larger parties with children. The condo is only accessible by stairs.
The Lodge at Ten Mile Creek is located in Grand County at the entrance to Granby Ranch, only 78 miles northwest of Denver. Only 15 minutes to Winter Park, 2 minutes to Sol Vista Basin, 5 minutes to Headwaters Golf Course, 5 minutes to private fishing on the Fraser River, 17 minutes to Lake Granby and Grand Lake, and convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park.
The Lodge at Ten Mile Creek is one of the newest developments located in Granby Ranch near Sol Vista. Two hot tubs are located on the property. The free shuttle bus stops in the parking lot of The Lodge at Ten Mile Creek and will drop you off at SolVista ski basin within a few minutes.
Other winter activities include cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, tubing, and sleigh rides.
In the summer there are fun-filled events for the whole family planned almost every weekend. You can also hop on your mountain bike and take the lift at SolVista up for some challenging descents back to the base. Or bring your road bike and explore the wondrous bike paths that Grand County has to offer.
Other nearby summer activities include hiking, fishing, horseback riding, water skiing, boating, jet skiing, and golfing.
All stays incur a $75 cleaning fee. $150 fully refundable deposit is required. Nightly rate includes up to 8 persons. Each addl person is $15/stay.
50% of total due at time of reservation. Remainder due 30 days prior to begin of stay.

Just enjoyed our 2nd stay at this property and absolutely loved it once again. Very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Enjoyed both skiing at Solvista and snow shoeing on some local trails. Would highly recommend staying at this property!

This was our second time staying here and we plan on using it again! Very clean, well-stocked, great kitchen and baths, comfortable beds. Loved the outdoor hot tubs too. No need to look elsewhere!

We had two familys (8 + 1 small dog) stay for three nights and found the condo most comfortable and cozy. We were all very happy with the clean, well appointed condo. The location is very convenient as we visited Sol Vista, Winter Park, Granby and Grand Lake. We really had a great day snowmobiling just outside of Rocky Mtn Nation Park. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in this new third-floor 3-bedroom condo. The place was very clean and well-maintained, and the owners were very helpful with the reservation and with our questions. The location is super convenient - just a few minutes to drive to SolVista Basin, just a few minutes to drive to downtown Granby, and just across the road from the City Market grocery store. Also, we rented the kids' skis from Ski Depot Sports located inside the Inn at Silver Creek just next door to the condo complex. We skied at SolVista, and we had a really nice meal at Maverick's Grille in Granby on the night we didn't cook in the condo. We highly recommend this condo for a family vacation in Grand County.

We rented this condo for our spring break ski trip to Sol Vista. This is a great condo. Tons of room, great access to Sol Vista and surrounding areas. The kitchen is well equipped. Kid and pet friendly as well. I would highly recommend this rental. Karen is awesome to work with when renting.

This is the first time ever vacationing in Colorado and staying here made it very enjoyable. The pictures do not do this condo justice. It's truly a home away from home. Everything you would need to cook for a large family is supplied. Location was very conveinent. Solvista Basin was 5 minutes away and Winterpark was 20 minutes away. Karen and Tony are great owners and took the time to answer all of my questions quickly. I will definitely be staying here if/when we come back. As a matter of fact, when I first stepped in the door, I was already wondering when I'll be staying here again :)

Great location with quick access to Snow Mountain Ranch for winter skiing and sledding. Great views from the living room/family room and bedrooms. The kitchen was adequately equipped for in home cooking. The building was quite and the unit was clean and tastefully appointed. Looking forward to another visit in the summer.
