With Mother Nature being so stingy with her snow this year, the condo was the highlight to the 14 year old. Though he would have prefered a T.V. in his room, he very much enjoyed the beds. The condo is an excellent location to surrounding areas. There was limited activity in the immediate area to the condo. Sol Vista over the hill, Fraser's recreational center not far, and Grand Lake was an easy drive. With our snowmobiling canceled due to lack of snow and ticket prices far too high for the snow quality, having a nice place to relax and just be away was nice.

A really nice property and a great value. Accommodations for five (3 teen/adult sons) were just right. Plenty of beds and bathroom space. Kitchen was well equipped and had all that was needed to cook our meals. Short drive to Winter Park and Mary Jane to ski. The hot tub on the property was a short walk across the drive and was perfect after a day of skiing. We had the tub to ourselves each evening. Really nice owners - would definitely rent this property again.

This condo was simply lovely. There was plenty of room for four adults and four children. The kitchen/living room set up is perfect for the interactions when cooking and overseeing puzzle operations! We were happily successful with putting together the puzzle of the world (although the little tiny country of Equador was missing). I loved the decor and the mountain charm of this condo. It was so handy to Sol Vista, and I loved having City Market (and Starbucks!!) so close. It is clear that the owners of this property take a special pride in their home away from home. The owners were very easy to work with and were very quick in responding to any of our questions. I would most definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying here and we plan on using it again! Very clean, well-stocked, great kitchen and baths, comfortable beds. Loved the outdoor hot tubs too. No need to look elsewhere!

Just enjoyed our 2nd stay at this property and absolutely loved it once again. Very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Enjoyed both skiing at Solvista and snow shoeing on some local trails. Would highly recommend staying at this property!

We had two familys (8 + 1 small dog) stay for three nights and found the condo most comfortable and cozy. We were all very happy with the clean, well appointed condo. The location is very convenient as we visited Sol Vista, Winter Park, Granby and Grand Lake. We really had a great day snowmobiling just outside of Rocky Mtn Nation Park. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you!

We rented this condo for our spring break ski trip to Sol Vista. This is a great condo. Tons of room, great access to Sol Vista and surrounding areas. The kitchen is well equipped. Kid and pet friendly as well. I would highly recommend this rental. Karen is awesome to work with when renting.

Great Condo and Great Hosts

We had a wonderful stay in this new third-floor 3-bedroom condo. The place was very clean and well-maintained, and the owners were very helpful with the reservation and with our questions. The location is super convenient - just a few minutes to drive to SolVista Basin, just a few minutes to drive to downtown Granby, and just across the road from the City Market grocery store. Also, we rented the kids' skis from Ski Depot Sports located inside the Inn at Silver Creek just next door to the condo complex. We skied at SolVista, and we had a really nice meal at Maverick's Grille in Granby on the night we didn't cook in the condo. We highly recommend this condo for a family vacation in Grand County.

This is the first time ever vacationing in Colorado and staying here made it very enjoyable. The pictures do not do this condo justice. It's truly a home away from home. Everything you would need to cook for a large family is supplied. Location was very conveinent. Solvista Basin was 5 minutes away and Winterpark was 20 minutes away. Karen and Tony are great owners and took the time to answer all of my questions quickly. I will definitely be staying here if/when we come back. As a matter of fact, when I first stepped in the door, I was already wondering when I'll be staying here again :)

Great location with quick access to Snow Mountain Ranch for winter skiing and sledding. Great views from the living room/family room and bedrooms. The kitchen was adequately equipped for in home cooking. The building was quite and the unit was clean and tastefully appointed. Looking forward to another visit in the summer.

A Winter Holiday Like No Other!!!

My family stayed for Christmas at the condo and it was far beyond our expectations. It was clean and spacious, twice the size of my condo at home. So the space was awesome. The full kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms have oversized tubs perfect for soaking after a day on the slopes. If you are at a loss of where to go and spend a weekend away during the winter, you have found your answer in this rental!!!!

This was a great condo! It had everything we needed and was very convenient to nearby activities. The shuttle to the ski lift was right there. The market was right across the street. The condo itself was very roomy yet cozy. We enjoyed grilling on the balcony, watching movies in the family room, cooking together in the kitchen, and lots more. Being able to bring our pet was a plus too. Thanks to this family for sharing their home with us!! We had a blast and would love to come back!!

The perfect getaway

This condo was the perfect place to spend our Thanksgiving. The beautiful kitchen gave me plenty of room to cook our feast while my family played a wild game of pictionary at the huge dining table. The picture does not do justice to this beautiful condo. We all want to come back. The location is great -- the younger generation went skiing, tubing, and ice skating. There was also alot of open space to romp in the snow with our dog. Karen is so easy to work with and went out of her way to answer my questions.

We stayed over Labor Day weekend. The condo is spacious, clean,and very comfortable.We all slept well on the memory foam mattresses. Karen was helpful and easy to work with. We would definitely go back again!

We stated at this condo over springbreak. We had our 3 children and their Aunt. We were very comfortable staying in the condo in Gradby - it was a perfect home away from home. The condo is equiped with everything you would need. It is nicely decorated and seems brand new. The kids and my husband ski'd in Winter Park. Winter Park is close by. We enjoyed the Brickhouse Restaurant in Grandby. Thank You for the nice accomodations.

Lovely condo! All the great kitchen equipment made cooking for 10 people easy, and the island and living area made the group feel "together". Only thing we could have wanted were directions on how to work the DVD player, but the Olympics were on so who needs a movie!

The condo is very good. It is clean, spacious and well equipped. The owners were great to work with. We had a great time cross country skiing, snowshoeing, tubing at Snow Mt and watching the winter Olympics.

We have been staying in condos advertised at VRBO for at least 10 years. This is the best equipped condo we have stayed in. It is very roomy, decorated nicely, great location and just all around great. We hope to be able to return this summer or fall. We will be looking forward to staying at Karen's condo again.

Extremely well equipped and beautifully furnished condo!! Walking in was a delightful pleasure; it was like walking into a friend's house. Everything we needed was anticipated by the owners. The kitchen is ready for cooking any meal you have planned; the cookware and serve ware are modern and more than adequate. The spice and seasonings available are extensive. There was nothing lacking in the kitchen, in fact we went in thinking we were going to have to take an inventory to run to the conveniently located grocery store to get staples such as coffee filters, dish soap, etc...but that was not the case. The fridge even contained any and all condiments we needed for our stay! All of the sleeping quarters were comfortable and there was more than enough space for our large group. The only thing we needed were our own board games. The condo does have games and movies for your pleasure but most are older. But that being said compared to everything else in the condo board games aren't very important. We will definitely recommend this condo to any and all people we know needing a place to stay in the mountains. 5+ Stars!

What a beautiful home in a beautiful place!Brand new – we thought we were the first to stay there.It came totally stocked with necessities and so much more -- including books, games and videos!It's obvious this house belongs to a cook -- the kitchen was totally outfitted w/great pots, pans and knives and a nice gas pit on the balcony.The beds were big and comfortable and the bathrooms were immaculate.Next door to the Rodeo, SafeWay Grocery, Starbucks and best of all – Winter Park, Lake Grandby and The National Rocky Mountain Park.

Fantastic location near the Rocky Mountain National Park and other great hiking areas. Condo was very well appointed, clean, convenient and very confortable. Just across the road is a large grocery store with everything you could conceivably require. We spent a very enjoyable time in the Granby area with our two kids and had a great view of the 4th of July fireworks at Grand Lake. Thanks for the great place to stay!

We have stayed here on a few occasions and fell in love with it. The condo is brand new, very clean, and extremely comfortable. It is a great place to get away to and relax! Our favorite things to do while here are hike and fish. The condo is conveniently located at the foot of Sol Vista Ski Basin which is very family oriented. Very close to many different activities-Winter Park, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park.
