Sitting directly above Toxaway Falls, this top floor condominium has just been completely renovated, including new Pergo floors and furniture throughout. Enjoy a crackling fire in the living room or bedroom, as both have wood-burning fireplaces, and both lead onto the private deck through large glass-sliding doors to a magnificent mountain and waterfall view. The bedroom features a pillow-top, king-size bed and flat screen TV. In the spacious livingroom, you'll find a leather queen sleeper sofa, 42" TV, stereo, CD player and DVD. There are two full bathrooms, a full capacity washer and dryer, dishwasher, and fully equipped kitchen. All linens and towels are included. Just bring your toothbrush!
Toxaway Falls is located just off main Highway 64 and is sitting right in the middle of pristine beauty and panoramic views, including hundreds of natural waterfalls, Pisgah Forest, Gorges State Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Cashiers, Brevard, Sapphire Valley and Highlands are a short drive away, and Asheville is 45 minutes away.
If you enjoy the outdoors, there are numerous trails to hike or bike, or you can go fishing, rafting, canoeing, golfing and skiing in the winter. The area boasts a diversity of wonderful restaurants, including one just a short walk up the hill. Brevard Music Center offers day and evening concerts all summer, some of which are free. The world famous Biltmore Estates, which is the largest home in America, is in Asheville, and offers tours of the home, gardens and winery. Spend the day in Asheville exploring cozy coffee shops, quaint antique stores, art studios, fabulous restaurants and shopping galore. The drive to Highlands is breathtaking, and once you're there, you'll find loads of hiking trails, restaurants to please every palate, a huge variety of shops for every taste, and beautifully tree-lined streets if you just want to enjoy the scenery.

Why the Owner Chose Lake Toxaway
We've been coming to the mountains of North Carolina for years and would travel to Highlands regularly. Everytime we passed Toxaway Falls, I would say "I want a place right on the falls!". As soon as I saw one for sale, we didn't have to think twice about buying it. We spent a couple of months completely renovating it and now we have a beautiful mountain home with a million-dollar view.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our place is as close as you can get to Toxaway Falls. We're on the top floor and have a gorgeous waterfall and mountain view. The falls serenade you to sleep at night. Even though you're on vacation, you must get up early enough at least once to watch the sunrise over the mountains and falls. It's quite a show! The summers are mild during the day and cool at night. The fall is bursting with colors of bright yellow, red and orange. The winters are picturesque. The spring boasts flowering dogwoods and spectacular flowers. You can white-water raft in the summer and fall or ski in the winter. Or you can just do nothing but sit on the deck and watch the beauty of nature go by.

My husband and I grew up in Miami, Florida, and now reside on St. Simons Island in Georgia. We're surrounded by ocean, but also love the mountains, especially in the summer. Now we have the best of both worlds.

My wife and I went up to Toxaway to tour and hike to the areas waterfalls, so it was excellent to stay right beside one. This condo was extremely clean and comfortable. We will definately be returning in the furture.

Our stay was an enjoyable one to say the least. The sound of the falls, the beauty of the gorge and the relaxation you will enjoy is indescribable! We were able to only stay a few days, however it was an enjoyable and relaxing time. Enjoyed a nice cozy fire in the fireplace and had a fantastic dinner of grilled steaks. Everything stated in the property info is accurate and more. Owner is extremely helpful! All I can really say about this property is WOW! I look forward to going back......if it is not all booked for my next visit!

We were there for 3 nights with our families in 3 condo's on the falls. This condo was the nicest decorated, and had everything we needed for a great mini-honeymoon. The falls are gorgeous in the fall and will be back!

What a great place. This is a well decorated condo with a spectacular waterfall view. My husband and I went for our anniversary weekend getaway. The condo fit the bill. It was very clean and well decorated. We sat on the deck and looked at the beautiful waterfall. The area around Toxaway is great for hiking, shopping and great restaurants. We will be back for sure! My husband and I just returned from Lake Toxaway for our 10th year wedding anniversary. The condo is perfectly situated overlooking the falls and morning sunrises. Many photographic opportunities in this area of NC. The condominium itself is nicely decorated, very comfortable king sized bed, new washer/dryer, all the dishes, pots & pans you would need and complimentary coffee. There is a really cute, rustic restaurant at the top of hill (overlooking the falls as well). We dined there our first night. Also another really tasty restaurant approximately 1 - 2 miles close by called the Brown Trout Grill -- across the street from the lake and guess what...? excellent trout! If you've never been to this part of the country, you certainly need to put it on your list. Weather is great in August.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect! We greatly enjoyed the privacy, sleeping to the sound of the waterfall, and just how nicely decorated, clean, and updated the condo was. It felt like a home away from home! I would highly recommend this place! The owners are very friendly and helpful as well! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful! The view is amazing.....rarely does one have the chance to stay so close to a beautiful falls. The condo is in great shape and is tastefully decorated. An excellent bed, fluffy towels and all the household things anyone would need for a great vacation. We had a lovely stay! The owners were very kind and helpful.
