In the heart of the charming East Village located on Saint Marks place , above well known Cafe Orlin. The apt. is also Next to SOHO, Little Italy, Chinatown and Greenwich Village. It IS ALSO 1-1/2 blocks to the following subways ,the # 6 , N & R , which will take you midtown or downtown in ten minutes. The apt. is easy walking distance to the following well known restaurants , Cafe Mogador , Momofuku , SETAGAY among many others. The apt. is also conveniently located across the street from the Orpheum Theater where the long running production of Stomp is still playing.Lastly we are 2 blocks away from JOE PAPP'S public theatre.   • Spent a week here late July/ early August and everything was superb!. great location, nice clean apartment and Haim was very helpful. had a slight problem with outside lock but that got sorted easily - would definitely stay here again. cheers!

  • We stayed at this apartment in May this year. Great location - so close to everything in the East Village. Very clean, had all facilities (kitchen, bathroom etc) we could have wanted and internet access too - this was a major bonus for us. Thanks Haim!!!

  • What an amazing location!! I can't imagine a better location than this apt. Clean and cozy, enough room for the three of us. Initially I was a little worried about noise coming from St. Marks, but the apt was quiet enough to sleep late into the morning. Haim was very friendly. I will defiantly be staying here again.

  • I recently stayed at the apt.on St. Marks. The owners of the apartment Susan and Haim were very lovely , helpful and trustworthy. The apt. while small, was very well kept, in a great location and has a computer with internet access. I found that very helpful as well .The apartment is also conveniently located to a number of subways. Lastly Cafe Orlin which is right next door is fabulous, as is Cafe Mogador down the street. This place is a steal for two people. Enjoy New York!!!!
