Built in only 2007 this Resort Villas North condominium is attractively furnished, has a new kitchen, a large great room with a sofa/bed, dining for six, and a large private lanai (really two lanais - one for each side of the lock off) featuring new patio furniture. Amenities include central air conditioning, full refrigerator/stove/microwave/dishwasher and coffee maker, toaster, blender.

Washer/dryer. Plenty of room for family gatherings and entertaining in your living room/dining area and adjoining lanai. Plasma flat screen TVs/DVDs/Bose Stereos in living room, master bedroom AND studio bedroom! Master bedroom has king bed. Living room has queen sofa bed.

The lock-off studio bedroom has a queen bed, double sized sofa bed, whirlpool tub in bathroom, fully-equipped mini-kitchen with stovetop/microwave/dishwasher and washer/dryer. (Perfect for teenagers or grandparents!) High-speed Internet. Free parking. Cribs/high chairs available upon request.

Great location - resort shuttles will take you to Whaler’s village (4 minutes) or Lahaina (10 minutes) all day through evening. Only 10 minutes to Kapalua for the serious golfer in the family who demands the luxuries of a PGA rated course.
