After your long journey to the snow covered mountains, arrive at the exclusive 312 Lincoln Historic Residence and be greeted by our Holiday Setting: a roaring fire, cheese, fruit and fresh cookies. Relax in soothing bubbles of the air tub before relaxing to music in our surround sound home theatre living space; then sleeping on our sumptuous pillowed beds, snuggled, perhaps, under a down comforter opposite the Grand master suite marble fireplace.
Two blocks off Main Street, this historic residence is a newly renovated miners cottage done in contemporary mountain style with four levels of sophistication, charm, comfort and privacy. The landscaped yard, enclosed with an iron fence, features a secluded hot tub, perfect for a frosty winter day! Don't worry about shoveling snow, the driveway is heated. This attractive residence features radiant heat And wood floors in the main living spaces, carpeting in the bedrooms, and either stone or porcelain in the bathrooms.
On the main level, the gourmet kitchen with cherry cabinets, high, beamed ceilings and granite counters, has superior stainless appliances and features double ovens, gas cook-top, pantry, desk and a breakfast bar that seats 3. A separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board is available off the kitchen along with a closet for skis. There is a distinctive see thru Sandstone Fireplace between the stylish contemporary dining area that seats 8 and the living room, with plush chenille seating, LCD tv with surround sound and Wi-Fi internet access. Maple Wood blinds cover the many windows, including a bay, giving a soft glow to the space.
The private URBAN master suite off the living room has a king size chestnut brown leather bed, custom linens, with wood and reed trim, 2 nightstands, antler chair with side table, dresser, LCD wall mounted direct TV and wood blinds in the windows. The adjoining bath has a rain head shower, cherry vanity and granite countertops.
On the opposite side of the house at a lower level off the kitchen passageway, Luxury awaits you! The Organically inspired private main floor master bedroom has a maple trimmed, reeded queen size bed with custom linens two carved nightstands, a shapely maple dresser and comfortable easy chair with a chenille throw, LCD wall mounted TV, closet with wood hangers, wood blinds and French doors leading to the patio and secluded steamy hot tub. The bath has a rainhead shower, cherry cabinets and a granite counter.
Upstairs, and completely private, the chic Grand Master suite features a queen leather sleigh bed, custom linens, with two bookcase nightstands and a chest, boudoir chair, Marble fireplace, closet with wood hangers, and a wall mounted LCD direct tv. There are French doors leading to the balcony over the patio and hot tub. The luxurious bath features a relaxing air tub AND a rain head shower stall, cherry cabinets and granite counters.
The downstairs Lower level children's suite is a perfect hideaway for children of all ages...two sets of contemporary maple bunks beds (4 twins and a double) has trundle storage, a chest, desk, a wall mounted LCD TV and an XBOX for games as well as a closet with wood hangers. The bath features a rainhead shower and granite counters on cherry cabinets. There is also a crib on site as well as additional closet space on the stair landing.
In the Heart of Breckenridge, this stylish newly remodeled historic miners residence is within walking distance to the ski lifts and all of the towns' attractions. Even though we are walking distance to the ski lifts, there is a free shuttle that passes the house and two other routes within one block. Build a snowman in the yard, jump into the secluded hot tub for a steamy winter adventure, call the local masseuse for a healing massage, or have a "personal Chef" prepare a Holiday dinner at home for your friends and family.

This home is absolutely beautiful. From the decor to all of the upgrades. We were able to make ourselves feel at home, and really enjoyed our stay. It is only a few blocks from Main Street, and many restaurants. We really appreciated the fully-stocked kitchen with appliances, serving and drink wear, as well as the assorted spices. Everyone staying in the house slept very well in the plush mattresses, and soft sheets, and really enjoyed the heated floors!!! I have a feeling that this house will become a place that we will return to in the future! Thank you for your rental.

All I can say is WOW! Home is beautiful and to be able to walk to the town was so nice. There is plenty of room and all the bedrooms are very nice and spacious. We will definitely stay there again!!

My family and I have stayed here two years in a row now and we all love it!! The kids love their privacy in their "bunk bed cave" in the basement. The rest of us love the room, the location, the kitchen and everything about it!! Hope to get back next year!!

Came to Breck for a famnily member's wedding and had a wonderful time. The cottage is beautiful and we absolutely love it. The finishes are all so tastefully done. We defintely will stay here again on our next tripto Breck!

OMG! We enjoyed this great property for our family reunion, mid March. I loved Susan, she is the best to work with. The sheets, the towels, everything, the best of the best! The place is new!! with tons of space to be together or be apart... The common areas - kitchen, dining are so open. So close to all, one block off the shuttle, everything within walking distance. We totally loved our stay, and will be back.. There are two other buildings in the complex, so, if you have a really big crowd... rent the whole block!!! Enjoy your stay!!
