My extended family had a wonderful time at this spacious, clean Villa with plenty of room for socializing and enough bedrooms for privacy. Very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and barbecue areas and our favorite attribute was the indoor pool and hot tub which were put to very extensive and happy use. Although most of our time was spent nearby for my brother's wedding celebrations, we enjoyed the proximity is close to shopping, restaurants, Carmel by the Sea [about 10 minutes] and the Monterey Aquarium [about 15 minutes]. The handyman and manager who greeted us on arrival were meticulous in seeing that everything was in order. The Villa was just as described and we will happily return for another family reunion in the future.

We had our annual family reunion in July at this Villa and had a great experience. There were so many fun activities in the area to keep us busy the whole week and the children loved diving & playing in the heated pool. Lynn was very easy to work with and helpful. The photos are very accurate and the house is very well stocked..
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This home was beautiful the pictures reflect exactly what it looks like, but not all the details it was amazing. Larry and Lynn were so great down to earth people and accommodated us with all our needs they were wonderful. The home and the property were very well maintained. We would definetly recommend this place to everyone. We are even thinking of getting this place again. We enjoyed the place and had a wonderful time.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers.

We have stayed at the villa on our last three trips to monterey/carmel and will continue staying,having each time be better then the last. The kids love the indoor pool and we love the ability to feel relaxed and at home...while away from home. Thank You for a wonderful experience. Alyssa
