  Mermaids cottages never disappoints. Out stay was fantastic. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Just perfect. We'll definitely be back :) thank you!!

  A Mermaid's Tale was the perfect place for my college girlfriends to gather. Everybody thought the house was "darling" and spotlessly clean. We ate in one night and had ample cooking utensils; it's a well-equipped kitchen. Since we were all liberal arts majors, we couldn't get the TV or the WiFi to work, but we called for technical support and the nice man came right away and set us up! The only downside was that it was a very cold week-end for Tybee and we couldn't take advantage of all of the nice outdoor seating this house has. A colorful, comfortable place! We loved it.

  We just returned from our stay on Tybee and I couldn't wait to write a review of this past trip. This was our second year spending the holiday in a mermaid cottages property. I didn't think we would be able to top our last year's trip (we stayed in the castaway, it was awesome too) but this trip was even better than last year's. It is always such a pleasure to deal with the mermaids because they treat you like family. I know if at any point we needed anything we didn't already have the mermaids would provide it! The mermaids tale cottage is fully stocked with anything you could possibly want to cook up a delicious meal for your family. The house was decorated beautifully and having not one but TWO master suites was amazing. The beds were so comfortable I slept sound every night we were there, which was 6 nights. Not one night of poor sleep! Another feature that made it so incredible is that each of the rooms had their own private bathrooms, we loved that! I highly recommend this cottage or any of The Mermaids Cottage properties they are delightful! Happy New year and see ya next year!!!

  The property management team is the best I have ever worked with! They really are the experience and the rest is the gravy! We had a wonderful time; lots of good memories for us, our grown children, their spouses and our grand kids. Thanks Mermaids; we'll be back!

  This was our first Tybee vacation and we were in heaven. Used A Mermaids Tale as a secondary location for an extended family gathering. Combined with our rental of Under The Tybee Sun, we were able to provide ample space for children,parents and grandparents. I can not say enough about the friendly Mermaids. Can't wait to plan return trip.

  The two day stay at the Mermaid's Tale was so enjoyable even though it rained both days. My<br/>family went to the beach anyway and had a good time. House was well stocked with a complete kitchen since we cooked in the first night we were there.The space was great since we had six family members with us and our little pets. The Mermaid staff Jan, and Denise were just so friendly and kind. We would certainly recommend this Cottage to our friends and family for future visits. Thanks Jan and Denise.We appreciate all the assistance given.

  We loved our stay at Mermaid's Tale. My parents flew from Trinidad and Tobago to celebrate my 38th birthday and my daughter's high school graduation. After the weeks of hustle and bustle we totally enjoyed spending family time at the house. The house was spacious enough for everyone to sleep, the bedrooms were wonderful and oh so comfortable....The kitchen was great - we prepared meals without a hassle. We loved how close we were to the beach and we loved the quiet. The security of the area was also amazing. No worries about the children. We are already planning another trip and we will definitely use Mermaid Cottages. Thank you for a wonderful time.

  This is a very roomy, well appointed cottage. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt at home.. The decor was very cheery and the beds, sofa, etc were very comfortable. We also sat outside and enjoyed the yard areas. It was especially nice because we went with another couple and the fact that it has two Master Bedrooms with King beds and full baths was very appealing. We can't wait to come back. We enjoyed our stay very much.
