Dear Linda, We enjoyed your beautiful home. Our family was able to make some wonderful memories! A new member was added to our family "Andrew" and we where there to meet him for the first time. We come to Tucson 2-3 times a year to see our family and we our looking forward to staying in your home again. You do not rent a house...it is a home! Your kitchen is well stocked and the beds where so comfortable.The pool and back yard is perfect! I would and will recommend your home! Thank you again, Pat and Diane

WOW!!!! What a home away from home. We never wanted to leave. This house is fantastic!!! Great and quiet neighborhood, 4 bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, pool table, and a beautiful sparkling pool and spa!!!! Thank you Linda and David for renting us your spectacular home in Oro Valley!!!! Escaping the Michigan Winter!!

Dear Linda & David, We really enjoyed your lovely vacation home. Everything we would ever need was in the house. Even the N router for the wireless was top notched. We enjoyed all of the conveniences both inside and out. The bicycles were in excellent shape for our daily ten mile rides. The gorgeous sunsets, and spectacular views of the Pusch Ridge and the Tortillina mountains from the back and front of the home. We also enjoyed the Wonders of the Desert. From the Bobcats and Coyotes rooming to the Cactus wrens made this vacation a memorable one. We also had the coldest day ever to a nice dusting of snow, which kept us remembering on what we left in Michigan We only had one problem--We did not stay long enough!! Thanks for letting us enjoy your fine home in a Great Location!! Don & Marsha

Oro Valley comfort

We stayed for a week at this attractive, well maintained, well stocked house. Everything you would need or expect was there, plus more. The owners replace items before they look old so there was very little to worry about. House is attractively furnished and so well kept up. Linda and David are very forthcoming and helpful with any inquiries or requests. We'd stay here again.

We've had good success with VRBO before, but this property was, by far, the best. All 6 of us (wife & I, plus our kids and grand kids from FL) were unanimous. We were greeted on arrival by beautiful landscaping, in an attractive, quiet neighborhood, and a home that was spotlessly clean. It is attractively furnished and with nice decor. And, this home came with all of the necessities and amenities that one could possibly want--everything that was advertised, and much more. The equipment (kitchen, entertainment, laundry, etc) were all top of the line. We all enjoyed the pool and spa. The owners are real pros and paid great attention to details, down to labels on the light switches. As a result, this home is very vacationer-friendly. No worries. The location was also very convenient for our visits to various attractions (the kiddies call them "field trips") both East and West of the Tucson area. In all, we had a great time in very comfortable surrounds, and could not have asked more of a vacation rental.

We have been happily using VRBO for some time now but this wonderful property is without doubt the finest we have ever enjoyed. Nothing was left to chance. The house is gorgeous, the location could not be better, the room lay-out is perfect for family entertaining but would also be delightful for a romantic getaway. The kitchen is incredibly equipped right down to champagne glasses and the linen supply was beyond generous. In fact everything about the property was beyond generous. We would highly recommend the house to all our relatives and friends and anyone fortunate enough to come upon this listing.

Perfect graduation weekend

I can't say enough about this vacation home - it is in a quiet neighborhood, is luxuriously furnished, and had everything my family needed to enjoy a graduation / getaway weekend to Tucson. The photos posted by the owners and the location of the property were initially what drew me to this home, but it was even more beautiful in person. The house is immaculately maintained and well-stocked with linens, towels, and kitchen necessities. There wasn't one thing in the kitchen that I could have needed that wasn't there, and the grocery store was just a short drive from the house. We particularly enjoyed lounging by the pool every day, and eating breakfast outside under the umbrella. We also appreciated that there was a very detailed binder with information about how to use different electronics or appliances, where things were located in the area, among other things. David and Linda were also very helpful in answering any questions I had - very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone coming to Tucson for a visit, and we hope to stay here again when we return to the city to visit.

Dear Perry’s, Thank you for allowing us to lease your lovely home! It is a beautiful, well-appointed home. All new appliances, wonderful cookware, well-stocked supplies, lights well marked, hot tub & pool, fabulous views, awesome landscaping & patio, comfy furniture and beds!! Came to AZ for the U of A family weekend & by chance saw your listing at the vrbo site! What luck! – Your home is fabulous – This is the best stocked & furnished home we have ever rented, Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy it! Went to the U of A football game against Stanford and what a great game. The cats won at the very last minute. We loved the pool & spa – and also the pool table and WII was a hit with our kids. We will be calling you for our next stay!!

We had a very enjoyable stay in your house. Four of us (USGA committee members from OK, IL & NH) met in Tucson for a few days of golf and relaxing. The house was a perfect fit for us. Everything we needed was provided along with plenty of information about all of the amenities....there were notebooks with instruction sheets for everything. Thank you for making my "maiden voyage" with VRBO such an enjoyable and easy experience.

David and Linda Perry We assume you are the owners of this gorgeous home as the key ring said the Perry home and the paper pads left there had your names on It.! (although I tried the e-mail on the paper and got it back so went on the real estate website and got this e-mail ) May I say that you really know how to pick and stock rental vacation homes. It was a delight to stay there. We treated it as if it was our own home: and for us that is a good thing. We respect and have nice things. I had my daughter, son-n-law and 20month old grand daughter with me. We only used 2 beds, so was more than big enough but it was just great. Of course the 90 degree temps and not a cloud in the sky for 4 full days was an asset as well. We never left the back yard!!!!! My 20 month old now loves water!!!!! The reason for my e-mail is this. We had rented a home on the ocean view (30 ft from water) in Kauai Hawaii 2 yrs ago. It had cheap wicker furniture, terrible beds and the kitchen was not stocked at all. WE were so turned off we just about went back to looking at motels/resorts. I am so glad we gave it another try with your home. Therefore, do you own any other rental vacation homes anywhere else that we may be interested in renting on future vacation trips. I would be very interested in knowing the locations. First let me tell you thank you, everything was great! Your home is very beautiful and very comfortable. We are on the road 35 to 40 weeks a year, staying in motels/hotels mostly, and we always look forward to the few weeks a year when renting a home is an option. We have rented 4 houses through VRBO, three in the Marana/Oro Valley area (including yours) and one in Scottsdale and your home was by far the best. In fact one of my co-workers was so impressed with your home he wanted the information to possibly bring his family back. Again thank you for opening your home and hopefully we can arrange something for next year.

It looks like we'll have the honor of being the first to write in this book! My husband & I came here to spend Christmas with family, a 13 hour drive from our home in the San Francisco area. As we write this, the sun is rising over the desert & we're getting ready to leave. We can't get over the natural beauty of this place... the house has a striking view of the sky & mountains, which were actually covered in snow when we woke up the day after Christmas. We had a great week, mostly spent relaxing by the fire & spending time with family... watching movies, playing cards, and cooking tons & tons of food in the well-appointed kitchen. It's now time to leave & pack the car, but we're very sad to go - We know we'll definitely be back! Jessea & Conor Hankins

We're 3 middle-aged couples - siblings from Oklahoma, Texas & Ohio - finishing up our annual get together. It's been wonderful - 3 lovely days of golf for the men & shopping/sightseeing for the women. We all love Tucson! Your house is perfect - great hot tub, tv watching & perfect kitchen. The men watched a javelina cross the street one morning, which was an added excitement. And tomorrow we'll get a new president. We feel hopeful and rejuvenated, and we wish you well.
