The living area has hardwood floor with great views, fireplace, TV, sound system that combines with the Kitchen area with an oversized island. Breathtaking views, private outdoor living spaces.
Master bedroom has great views of Baldy, Dollar Mountain and the Village. Plasma TV, King size bed, fireplace, deck and a walking closet with washer/dryer. Master Bathroom has steam shower, two sinks and a big Jet Tub.
This property is great as a business retreat too, where you can entertain your guest/client/co-worker.

The property has three levels: main, lower and upper
Main Level: living, kitchen, dining area. Bedroom with 1 twin bed and 1 queen bunks bed. Mud room, coat closet and bathroom. Huge deck with GAS BBQ and great views.
Lower Level: 1 suite with King bed, TV, closet and exit to the patio, Jacuzzi and views. 1 suite with 2 full beds, TV, DVD/VCR player and exit to the patio, Jaccuzzi and views. 1 family room that has a wine cellar. Laundry room with Miele washer/dryer.
Upper Level: PRIVACY!!! Master bedroom.
Wireless internet is available in all areas and climate control with humidifier is set-up for winter and summer.
