Our condo is newly updated with granite counter tops and all new stainless appliances. Both baths are also new, The master bedroom has a queen size bed with private bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. In the living room the couch pulls out for additional sleeping accommodations. There is a screened in lanai. Walk right out the door to the pool and grill area.

About the owner: We purchased our condo when we still lived in Ohio, with dreams of retiring in Florida. We used it for rentals and our own vacation destination until we moved to Florida in 2007. We now own a home here on Marco and are minutes away if our gusts need any thing.

We have always prided ourselves on how we take care of our condo, contantly upgrading and replacing anything that needed. We always make sure our guests have everything they need to have a carefree vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
This is a great location on the island. It is on the south end of the island, so less traffic, but walking distance to all the fun! The beach is right across the street and ther is a great entertainmentt area with in walking distance that features several shops, restaurants, a comedy club, sports bar and great movie theatre where you can enjoy a lovely dinner and a glass of wine while you watch the movies.
