The home is fully & comfortable equipped and is actually our part-time residence, not a bare-bones rental.
The vaulted ceiling living room has incredible natural daylight and is used as a conversation & reading room adjoining the dining room. It has the control center for the 4 source, 5 room audio system.
The heart of this home is the kitchen and family room overlooking the outdoor entertainment area. The kitchen and pantry are fully equipped to handle just about any size gourmet meals you are inclined to whip up. The family room has lots of very private daylight and evening atmosphere. It has ample seating, a wonderful fireplace and high definition TV with integrated sound system. The backyard entertainment includes several secluded nooks, a small citrus orchard, lots of patio seating & dining areas, gas fireplace and an elaborate barbecue.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the other 3 have queens. Some bedrooms can be alternately equipped as exercise or office. All are well decorated and comfortable.

We actually purchased the property as an interim residence to use when we are remodeling or under construction on our primary residences.
