If you want peace and quiet away from the family, choose to sit in the separate lounge, with overstuffed sofa and love-seat, occasional and coffee tables, together with lamps.

The incredible south facing, pool with whirlpool spa, catches sun from mid-morning until sunset to soak in that Florida sunshine! If you want to relax, either step into the bubbling spa, or the crystal-clear waters of the private pool. Too tired to swim?... then simply lay back on one of the comfy loungers or reclining chairs, or sit under the lanai for a family al-fresco meal together as you look on to the conservation area to the rear. The second master provides a 4-poster king-size bed, dresser, chest and nightstand, with cable TV, DVD and clock/radio. Each of these master bedrooms also provides its own master en-suite bathroom, with either single or double vanity basins, walk-in or bath/showers, and toilet.

Two further 'junior' master bedrooms each provide the comfort of queen-size beds, nightstands with lamps and clock/radios, dressers with cable TV and DVD players, and closet space, plus nearby or adjacent family bathrooms.

Each of the remaining bedrooms offers the perfect night-time dreams for the children, or the young at heart. Two of these bedrooms each provide 2 twin beds, nightstands with lamps, dresser with cable TV and DVD or games console, and closet space, plus adjacent bathrooms, whereas the other bedroom offers twin bunk beds and yet another TV for those moments at home. Let the kid's play with the Sony PlayStation 2 provided in one of the bedrooms, or with any of the board games, or in the garage games room.

The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could possibly need to prepare a family feast or a super-snack for the kids. Please note that trucks, commercial vehicles, campers, mobile homes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, house trailers, trailers of every other description, boats, jet skis (or other similar watercraft) boat and other watercraft trailers, horse trailers or vans are not permitted to be parked or to be stored at any place on the Property, or in the Emerald Island resort.
