950 FEET TO BEACH. This is one of the MOST beautiful and luxurious homes on the Outer Banks. Everything in it is very high-end coastal decor. Gourmet kitchen is open and airy, with double appliance, icemaker, wine cooler, and premium granite countertops. Upstairs also holds one of the largest dining room tables you'll come across in the rental homes and there's a large great room with leather sofas and huge flat screen TV. There's decking across the entire east side and a screened porch. There's a half bath and one ultra-master suite with king bed, flat screen, oversized bathroom with garden tub and tile shower equipped with the Kohler body shower system similar to what you see on the commercials.
The mid-level has 5 King Master Suites and the laundry room, plus the hottub is accessed through the mid-level deck. The lower level has two master bedrooms, one with 3 single beds, the other with two bunks. Then theres a small kids' room with a bunk bed. Then there's a pool table, wet bar, and a leather sectional with big-screen TV. Check out the sweet pool!!!
One-third of tenants must be at least 25 years of age, no school groups. No smoking inside, and pet friendly. 50% required to reserve. Deposit required to reserve, $275 cancellation fee plus any other costs associated with rerenting property ONLY if we can find a replacement, otherwise you lose your deposit. $300 pool heat fee from may through oct, $400 from nov-april if pool is open. The address is 1083 Whalehead Dr, and Saturday is the turnover day. tenants are responsible for filling propane in grille tank. no pitbulls, cats, or dogs under 1 year old.
