This two-story townhome includes all of the amenities needed to make your stay enjoyable. The main level has the kitchen, living room, dining room, half bathroom, and laundry room. The living room has a gas fireplace, 42-inch flat panel TV with a DVD player and CD player. A queen size pull-out couch is available for additional sleeping space. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, slow cooker and toaster. Dinnerware, silverware, glassware are available along with basic spices for your cooking needs. The dining area seats eight with additional seating at the bar. The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. The townhome has a one car garage allowing you to stay warm upon your return. The radiant heating system under the wood and slate floors keeps your family cozy and warm during the winter months.
The upper level has the master bedroom with a king size bed, 32-inch flat panel TV, DVD/VHS player, CD player, i-Pod alarm clock, private bathroom with double sinks, bath tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, 32-inch flat panel TV and a view of the Ten Mile Range. The third bedroom has a bunk bed, full size bed, 19-inch flat panel TV with integrated DVD player. Every bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan. There is a beautifully tiled bathroom upstairs for the second and third bedrooms.
This is the perfect townhome for a family with children. Games, sippy cups, kid's plates and utensils, stroller, portable high chair and portable crib are included to ensure that all of the comforts of home are included for your little ones.
Relax in the private hot tub adjacent to the wooden deck while taking in views of the Ten Mile Range. Enjoy using the outdoor propane gas grill located on the patio during the summer months.
Free Private Shuttle:
Take advantage of the free private shuttle service to the slopes or downtown Breckenridge that runs daily during the ski season. The service picks up every hour at Highland Greens during the morning and from the ski area in the afternoon. A reservation can be made to take the shuttle to town and return to the townhome in the evenings.
Area activities:
There are six other ski resorts within a 30 minute drive including Vail, Aspen, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Copper Mountain, and Keystone. Other winter activities include cross country skiing located right across the street at the Gold Nordic Center with beginner and advanced professionally groomed trails, and nearby snowmobiling and tubing.
During the summer, play golf at the Breckenridge golf club, a 27 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course right across the street. Enjoy hiking, mountain biking, and biking on the cement trails around the area in the summer. Ice fishing and fly fishing is available across the street in the Blue River. The Breckenridge Recreation Center offers both indoor and outdoor fitness activities for adults and youth of all ages.

We stayed at this amazing cabin for our anniversary in February and we were in love!! This cabin is so beautifully mantained, it had everything you could want in a home away from home, the jacuzzi was AMAZING after the slopes, the flat screen tv's were a bonus! We made hot chocolate 2 nights in a row on the stove and relaxed in the beautiful beds with top notch linens! Master bath also had a jacuzzi tub in a private bath that we loved. All in all I plan to stay at this retreat everytime we visit Breckenridge!!

The Breckenridge Retreat townhome was awsome. We gave the owner very short notice and she was great. She was very helpful and had her home ready for us when we needed it. The home was perfect for a quick getaway. The sleeping arangement was perfect for 2 teenagers. They loved the privacy of having seperate bedrooms and tv's after a great day in town with the family. We can't wait to rent again when we will have more time to enjoy it. We have already told family and friends what a great find this was. We have always loved Breckenridge and this home was great.

We just completed our stay at this lovely townhome. It was a perfect setting for our Girl's Weekend. The home had everything we needed. It was clean, had updated everything and was an absolute joy to stay in. I hope we get to return!

Great place, just as described. Spotless. We just got back from a girls trip and loved the convenience of the shuttle service, the private hot tub, and beautiful fire place. Would definitely recommend to friends.

We stayed at this townhome for 4 nights and loved it! The home feels new and is clean. The owner has purchased beautiful linens, nice towels and 3 flat screen TVs. Additionaly, a secured high speed Internet was easily accessible. Also, we took full advantage of the shuttle service offered with the home. The shuttle took us into town for dinner one night and picked us up within 5 minutes of our call. Also, we used the service to take us to the mountain each day. Great place to stay and we will be back! Marcia
