Agriturismo Santa Cristina, located between Lathium and Umbria,is composed by two similar villas (Villa Domitilla and Villa Sveva) both with a private garden with pergola. Each villa sleeps 8.
Ground floor: Large living room with satellite TV,cd/dvd player, dining area, fireplace, large south-facing sun window, full fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and oven, breakfast room, twin bedroom with bathroom (shower). First floor: Double bedroom with bathroom with bath, and two twin bedrooms with two bathrooms. Private garage with room for 3 cars in each villa.

Agriturismo Santa Cristina is nestled amongst the rolling hills of Lathium and is part of the large estate of one of the oldest aristocratic families of the Sabina area. The property enjoys a fine position overlooking its very own vineyard and the surrounding countryside of Lathium, Umbria and Tuscany.

Rome awaits you just 72 kms (45 M) to the south, with its enormous historical and cultural heritage. The world of Etruscans is also nearby to the west at Viterbo (50kms-31M), Vulci (100kms-62M), Cerveteri and Tuscania (70kms-43M) with its interesting Etruscan tombs. One may also embark on a pilgrimage tracing the footsteps of St.Francis of Assisi which starts at Rieti (51kms-31M). The magnificent Florence is at 210kms (131M).
Many practical amenities are found conveniently nearby at Magliano Sabina. Those include supermarkets, grocers, delicatessens, petrol station, bars and even a new hospital. Closer still is a suggestive pizzeria (400 mtrs) and an excellent restaurant and superb delicatessen (1.500 mtrs) where you can purchase wine and olive oil produced from the land which surrounds you.
