Newfound Lake Rental
This spacious waterfront home sits at the Northern most point of Newfound Lake facing South. The Kitchen and Dining/Sitting rooms, as well as the two largest Bedrooms (each with Private Bath), are located on the Second Floor (w/open A-Frame ceiling) and take full advantage of the beautiful view South, down the length of the lake. A large deck runs the length of the house and provides access to the huge yard and private beach. The first floor contains a large family room, two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. With lots of room to spread out in the house, a large grassy lawn and ample parking, the home has comfortably hosted several family gatherings and a modest family reunion.
In the Fall, the home provides a beautiful base for New England "leaf-peeping", hiking and biking. In the winter you'll find locals and vacationers alike fishing, skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling right ON Newfound Lake itself, as well as in the local surrounds of The Lakes and White Mountains Region. In the Spring and Summer there is plenty of grass area for kids to run around on-- you could even set up a tent for a small wedding or other entertaining. The property includes use of two private docks -- laser sailboat and kayak. The beach is sandy bottomed with a gradual slope perfect for kids (see photo).
Local ski areas include the mountains of Tenney, Ragged, Gunstock, Waterville, and Loon. Tenney is ten minutes away, Ragged is 15, Gunstock and Waterville are about 30 minutes away, and Loon is approximately 40 minutes by car. Sunapee is about an hour away.

Off-Season: Price is Negotiable based on length of stay.
