Economic condition. Payment 30% at the booking, remaining amount 30 days before arrival. Electricity and gas are included in the price. Only for heating or conditioning, the payment is regulated by initial and final counter's check, at the end of week. Security deposit of 800 Euros for possible damages at domestic appliances, furniture or internal structures, refunded at the end of the week after required controls.
Free insurance against domestic incident (in the fenced area), only the person, not including animals and things. Services. It's possible, booking 1 day before, obtain a typical lunch or dinner, based on local menu, with a special price agreement of famous and estimate restaurant of the village. Welcome dinner is waiting for you, offered by the house.
