View is fantastic, we stayed during winter storm, it was still fabulous view :) With big screen TV and fireplace the living room + kitchen area is really nice. But the rooms are a little dated. Especially the master bedroom bed needs to be replaced. Owners are very kind and sincere to accommodate you. Its location is very good, we did make a day trip to Monterey Aquarium and another trip to Santa Cruz downtown. Overall very good place to stay. Would love to come back in a nicer weather :)

We were touring the U.S.A. and going to see our new Grandson, we ended up staying in this most wonderful condo on the beach, and it was wonderful. The view from the balcony was spectacular, it is a view that you have to see for yourself. Coming from Canada, this was a very wonderful place to visit and enjoy the different place to venture to.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.

What a breathtaking view! My family and I enjoyed our week so much, we want to come back. It was so relaxing to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. I loved being able to stand in the kitchen and enjoy the ocean view. The sunsets were spectacular. Every day we found something new to do. We had a great time! Thanks.
