You will feel right at home in our ground floor condo with a lovely back deck overlooking the Fraser River.

In the winter, the FREE ski shuttle picks you up at the end of the drive and takes you 2 1/2 miles to the base of Winter Park. At the end of the day enjoy a relaxing soak in one of 4 indoor hot tubs or the indoor pool at the recreation center. The recreation center also offers a large game room (pool and video games).

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a small TV. A private door lets you slip out onto the deck. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. We also stash an extra twin mattress under the bunk bed.

In the summer enjoy a quiet evening on the back deck as you watch the sun set and listen to the river. Many hiking and biking trails begin right outside our back door. Our family especially enjoys summers in Grand County. The ski area offers plenty of family summer fun and, with over 600 miles of mountain bike trails in the Fraser Valley, there are trails for beginners and experts alike.

Our kitchen appliances are newer (no dishwasher). We also offer a VCR/DVD player on the large color TV. We have a PS2 with a variety of games (some "E" rated; some "T" rated). We also provide cards, games and books for our guests.

Hernando's Pizza, a local favorite, is a short 3 minute walk. Plenty of parking is available for our guests. 2 miles to a major grocery store and on the bus route. The local cinema is an easy walk as well.
