This 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath luxury mountain townhome is located in the center of Winter Park. It has a private hot tub, free wi fi,3 satellite TV's with DVD/VHS, heated one car garage, and comes complete with a Christmas tree. Our townhome is kid friendly with plenty of games and videos as well as a pack & play and booster seat for the youngest. Outside there is a patio, 2 decks and a large Weber gas grill. Streamside trails and a terrific new park with firepits, playground and children's sledding hill (including sleds) are just steps away.

Because it's in the center of town we love to call it our "park and walk" which is what we do to nearby shops and restaurants. The free shuttle is great whether you are going to the ski slopes, Safeway, or the big tubing hill.

  • We just loved staying in this home! We found it to be very cozy and the full kitchen made it feel just like home. We were surprised how many people it can accomodate! Being in the roomy hot tub was almost enough to make us forget it was winter. It is easy to find (which is good since we arrived in the dark) and has great accessibility to the town of Winter Park and the ski areas, since the bus picks up at the entrance to the complex. We didn't even need our car, but it was nice to keep it in the heated garage until our departure. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope we can stay in this home again!

  • Our family stayed here in January and found it to be the perfect mountain retreat. The owners are friendly, reasonable, and helpful. They did everything to make our stay the best possible. We found the accessability to shopping, the sledding hill and park to be a real plus. The bus is at the entrance to the complex, making ski and grocery access a breeze. The hot tub is right out the back door and is always ready which was great after a day of skiing. We particularly appreciated not having to scrape the car windows in the mornings since the condo has a garage. We will definitely stay here again!
