Loved staying at the cottage and loved being able to rely on a great landlord. The place was impeccable with all the amenities of a real home. The kitchen is so well stocked that I was able to cook my favorite meals for my family with no problems. It is so well located: it is a hop and a skip to Pearl Street, a mile from the Sanitas Trail head, and walking distance to the great Ideal market. Jay was a great and patient and generous landlord. thank you, Jay for making my stay one that I will always remember

We just spent the month of August in Boulder and we were delighted that we chose to stay in this guest house. The location was ideal within walking distance of Pearl street with all it's fabulous attractions. The accommodations were great, everything we required. Jay was the perfect host always ready to help whenever it was needed and Sally, his dog, was a love. We highly recommend that you stay here on your next visit to Boulder.

A great place to stay for many reasons: (1) The owner, Jay, and his sweet Lab, Sally, could not have been more accommodating and welcomed us warmly; (2) the rental is very nicely appointed, comfortable, quiet and very reasonably priced given the amenities and the fabulous location; (3) did I mention the fabulous location? Near Pearl Street shopping and Boulder's fabulous restaurants; (4) proximity to the mountains, skiing, airport, Denver, the list goes on and on. If de-stressing and having fun in an awesome town in a terrific rental is what you're looking for, then look no further.

We had the pleasure of spending a week in Boulder. The place was lovely and felt like home. Jay had cookies and flowers waiting for us. The location was ideal and close to shops and restaurants. We can highly recommend this modern, clean and convenient condo. A special hug to Sally for providing puppy love!

Tremendous value in the perfect location. My family and I have used VRBO all over the U.S. and Europe, and I feel that Jay's rental is the best value we've found. The home is located on Mapleton, which has long been my favorite street in Boulder. The area is residential and warm and provides easy walking access to downtown. Jay outdid himself remodeling this home. Everything is topnotch including the furnishings. Tastefully done! Finally, Jay is a gracious and attentive host and extremely easy to work with. This rental is highly recommended.

Comfort in the heart of Boulder is indeed an apt description. The beds were very comfortable as were the living room sofa and recliner. The kitchen was well equipped although my wife and I used it mainly for breakfasts as we preferred walking to one of the many nearby restaurants. Highly recommended.

"Comfort in the Heart of Boulder" is the perfect name for a very comfortable and conveniently located property. It was very adequate for four adults and made our first stay in Boulder delightful and memorable. The location was ideal for walking to shops, dining and enjoying all that Pearl Street has to offer. The accommodation offered all the comforts and amenities of home. Jay is a gracious host and was helpful beyond our expectations. We look forward to booking the accommodation in the future.
