What a wonderful apartment so close to the beautiful Eiffel Tower. Can be seen from both windows. More spacious than we had anticipated with everything that we needed for our week long stay. Very comfortable. Great to have a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. Close to Metro, supermarket, restaurants, cafe's and 5 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and Hop on Hop off bus. Short distances to most tourist attractions. We had 4 adults sharing this apartment and never felt over crowded. Also Emmanuel was very helpful from the moment we started enquiring and making the booking. He was also patient when we turned up at the wrong time. Our first visit to Paris was very memorable and staying in this comfortable apartment in a quiet street was one of the reasons why. Thank you again and we look forward to returning to Rue De Monttessuy.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.

The apartment was located just one block from the Eiffel Tower, easily seen from the windows. The owner is a French gentleman. I loved its large equiped kitchen. We enjoyed from the restaurants, boulangerie and the beauty salons nearby. High ranked neighborhood in Paris (quartier). I recommend to our friends and relatives.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+.
