Your living room is furnished with a custom sofa and chairs all with down cushioning to provide you with much comfort while simply relaxing or watching television on your plasma TV.
This town-home has three bedrooms (2 master suites) three full baths and is approximately 2,000 square feet. The master suite is styled with decor from Tommy Bahama and has a king bed and private bath with tub, walk-in shower and double sink vanity. There is also a large walk in closet. Don't miss breakfast on the peaceful lanai as you watch the sunrise and sip a cup of Kona coffee.
The second bedroom has two twin size beds with private bath with tub/shower, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and adjacent full size bathroom. All bedrooms have plasma TV's. This town-home is conducive to large families and comfortably sleeps 8.
Upstairs in the loft conduct business away from home on your desk that is equipped with a desktop computer, copier, fax machine and Internet access. The loft also provides a queen size sleeper sofa & chair to add to your comfort.
Your unit is well appointed with everything you will need to make your visit perfect. In the garage you will find beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach umbrellas, balls, toys, ice chests and several fishing poles too! Just a 1-2 minute drive or a 1/2 mile walk to the very popular, kid friendly, 'Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) for lots of beach activities including phenomenal snorkeling, canoe paddling, wave riding and beautiful sunsets. Look out for turtles too, as they lie on the sand sunning themselves!
On location at Waikoloa Beach Villas, enjoy your time at the lava rock pools and spas with elevated waterfalls and peaceful sounds of local birds. Or enjoy a great work-out in the Fitness Center with aerobic and weight equipment.

Our family absolutely loves Waikoloa Beach Resort.
After looking at different resorts and several complexes within WBR we choose to purchase our vacation home at Waikoloa Beach Villas.
We were attracted to the low density within our complex and also our two beautiful resort style pools. It is truly a tropical paradise.
And it is very quiet here! A great place for families.
Waikoloa Beach Villas is within walking distance to both the Queens and Kings Marketplaces home to high end restaurants, shopping and provides fast food for families on the go. There is also a gourmet market right across the street that we can walk to should we decide to eat at home. WBV is ideal for families.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
We enjoy sitting out on the Lanai having our morning coffee followed with our walks over to "A-Bay" where our boys like to snorkel. They sometimes even fish off the rocks. This is a perfect area for jogging, walking, bicycle riding, kite flying, golfing and viewing the beautiful sunrise and sunsets at "A-bay". I was born and raised in Southern California and my husband is from Memphis, Tennessee and we both love the ocean! My first vacation to Hawaii was back in 1973 and has been my favorite vacation spot since then. We started bringing our family to the Islands in 1998 and our boys love it as much as we do. They were just amazed the first time they went snorkeling! The Big Island is great for deep sea fishing too! There was no question, we had to invest in our own "piece of paradise."
