This town-home has three bedrooms (2 master suites) three full baths and is approximately 2,200 square feet. The master suite is styled with decor from Tommy Bahama and has a king bed and private bath with tub, walk-in shower and double sink vanity. There is also a large walk in closet. Don't miss breakfast on your peaceful lanai as you watch the sunrise and sip a cup of Kona coffee.
The second bedroom has two twin size beds (can be converted into a king) with private bath with tub/shower, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and adjacent full size bathroom. All bedrooms have plasma TV's and a Sony Speaker Dock/Clock Radio for your iPod & iPhone. This town-home is conducive to large families and comfortably sleeps 8.
Upstairs in the loft conduct business away from home on your desk that is equipped with a desktop computer, copier, fax machine and Internet access. The loft also provides a queen size sleeper sofa & chair to add to your comfort.
Your unit is well appointed with everything you will need to make your visit perfect. In the garage you will find beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach umbrellas, toys, ice chests and several fishing poles too! Just a 1-2 minute drive or a 1/2 mile walk to the very popular, kid friendly, 'Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) for lots of beach activities including phenomenal snorkeling, canoe paddling, wave riding and beautiful sunsets. Look out for turtles too, as they lie on the sand sunning themselves! (And less than a 10 minute drive to the beautifully acclaimed Hapuna Beach).

This unit is a lovely place to spend time on the Big Island. We stayed 9-days and enjoyed the location, amenities and tasteful decor of this 3-bedroom home. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was a great spot for family members flying in from different locations for the half Iron Man race on June 1st. Our parents stayed with us, and they enjoyed the walk to the Queens Marketplace for shopping or Starbucks, as well as the walk down to the beach by the Lava Lava Club. I enjoyed being right on the Beach golf course (of course). The proximity of the condo to both the Queens and Kings shops was very convenient, as we ate out several nights and on other nights we did our shopping at the Island Market across the street and cooked in or barbequed out back. Excellent location and beautifully furnished. I will definitely stay there again.

Our annual girls golf week brought us to Big Island this year and I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay in this amazing condo. What a great choice we made! The condo is beautiful. The descriptions in VRBO are very accurate. It was very clean, spacious and accommodating to all our needs. It felt very much like home to us for the week. We could not ask for more. When booking the condo and before our arrival, I did have a couple of questions and Michelle was so quick to respond. Great customer service! The Beach Villas property is very nice and quiet! The pool area and other amenities are very nice. And a very easy walk to the Queens Marketplace and Kings Shopping. Very comfortable and accessible to all other areas within Waikoloa Resort. We played golf everyday (7 rounds) at different courses and was very accessible to all areas of the Kona Coast and Kailua Kona. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next golf vacation on Big Island. I already look forward to it! We loved your place.....thank you so much!

Just wanted to send you a note to say thanks very much for allowing us to rent your great vacation home! We had a terrific time and really love the Waikoloa area. Funny enough we loved it so much we are looking around the area to see what the possibilities might be to have a spot like yours! We will see what happens in the future. Everything was terrific and we made sure to leave everything just as we found it. We had a great time driving the island, going to the beach, playing golf on the two terrific courses.. The beaches were a ton of fun and we ended up spending a couple days out at Hapuna Bay which was really beautiful. Waking up each morning and going out on to the deck with my son was also very special. Thanks again very much and we will certainly be in touch if we plan another trip to Waikoloa! Much appreciated. I received the damage deposite yesterday, thank you for that. We very much enjoyed our stay on the big island and although I thought that I had a good of idea of what to expect of your place I was very plesantly suprised just how nice it was. We plan to visit Hawaii every two years and when we return to the big island I can not imagine staying anywhere else. We have also passed on our recommendation of you place to our friends and co-workers. Mahalo...........Ed

We have had the most wonderful holiday in your warm, well equipped, beautifully decorated condo. Our family has again enjoyed all of our favorite hang outs on the island and are sad to leave! We would love to rent your condo again next year for 2 -3 weeks over spring break again! We will touch base as soon as we have the dates to make sure we can get all our nights here. We did stay at the Marriott for the beginning of our holiday and everyone was ready for their own room here!!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo. We have added some beach toys, a new car seat and big shovel ( a sturdy metal digger that we dug holes at the beach 5 feet long by 3 feet deep and made some very admired castles around the island)!! Some new beach towels and beach blanket to your well stocked supplies!

Of the 30 or so properties we have rented over the years in various parts of the world, I would rate this as among the best. The house is spacious, furnishings are tasteful and comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms state of the art. The outlook from both the patios and the MBr balcony is delightful, and our grandchildren, who spent a week with us, enjoyed playing in the grounds and in the two well-maintained pools available to us. The house lacked for nothing in the way of equipment.and the owners had even left some provisions for our arrival as well as a friendly Aloha. Unless only interested in shopping and golf, both of which are within easy walking distance, guests need a car not only to explore the Big Island's varied scenery, but to get to the nearby beach with all the beach equipment that young children (and adults) need, and which was generously supplied. A lock up garage is provided.

10 day stay. Perfect location, sunny, 80 degrees everyday and quiet. Beautiful condo, second time we have stayed here all amenities are as advertised and well maintained. We love it here.

This is a beautiful, clean, comfortable and well maintained villa close to great beaches, dining and shopping. Additionally it is a fully equipped end unit (light and bright) with attractive (not tacky) Hawaiian decor in a very nice gated community. This was the first time my husband and I rented a condo, we normally stay at the local resorts (Hapuna Prince or Hilton) however you cannot beat these accommodations especially for the price!!! The extra room, the conveniences of having a kitchen, multiple bathrooms and a living room to just relax in without having to sit on a bed was wonderful. Plus staying here will actually save you money since you don't have to eat out 3 times a day or pay for parking miles away from your room. We will definitely return!!! Just as important, the owners were very responsive and great to deal with. If you're thinking about renting this vacation home, don't hesitate... this is the one.
