This is an awesome, well maintained, and very clean accommodation that exceeded our expectations. The property had all of the amenities you needed, including a very well stocked kitchen. We loved the convenient location to Hawi, Waipio Valley and Kona. The beach and pool were convenient and enjoyable. The unit was perfect for the five of us. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Michelle and her property manager were very responsive correcting some issues left behind by the previous guests. Their actions reinforced to us that they are owners interested in keeping this property maintained to the highest standard possible. Don't plan on staying here if you are not going to appreciate that standard. We liked the stock of beach supplies, the garage parking for our rental, and the convenient walk to both the Queen's and King's shops. We plan on coming back.

Everything is as described in the listing. The unit is very clean and in new condition. The attention to detail by the owners is appreciated (Kona coffee, hygiene kits in the bathrooms etc.) Location is central to all the big island has to offer. This was the best stay of all 4 on the Big Island so far. Highly recommend it.

I'm sorry it has taken me so long to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo during our stay in Hawaii. As you may know, Charlie and I ended up getting a room at the Waikoloa Hilton so that my son and family could enjoy the benefits of the hotel. My son and family stayed in the condo. What you see in pictures is not always what you actually get. Your condo exceeded our expectations! It was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we needed in the house itself, and beach toys, chairs, etc. for enjoying the ocean! My family enjoyed sitting out on the back porch overlooking the golf course for early morning breakfasts before starting the day! We also had fun playing games that were provided. Thank you so much for putting such thought and care into making your condo a perfect place to stay!

From the moment we entered the premises we were wowed. The grounds are lovely, the home is immaculate and beautiful, and the outdoor living spaces simply pampered us. We enjoyed the use of a well-appointed indoor and outdoor kitchen, complete with everything we needed. The condo is in very easy walking distance of shopping and dining. We found beach and pool toys aplenty to enjoy fun in the sand and the water - A-bay is about a mile away and is truly a heavenly, palm-lined beach. The owners were readily available for our questions; all in all this vacation home exceeded our expectations and left us wishing we'd stayed an extra week. We definitely recommend this home in paradise.

This was our first trip to the Big Island, we went as a family and had my parents join us, 7 in total. The condo worked really well for everyone. My parents had their own room and bathroom, the boys had their own rooms / loft including bathroom and we had the ensuite! The condo was as promised, close to shopping and restaurants, the boys often walked to and from the beach. It was clean and well appointed and Michelle was a treat to work with in the organising up to the vacation as well as addressing minor issues when we were there. Parking was great, even with two cars, one in the garage and one in general parking. I would highly recommend the condo to anyone and if flight prices allow, will book again.

If you are looking for a memorable vacation in a great location this is for you. The condo is nicely decorated, well maintained, furnished with everything you might need and provides the opportunity for total relaxation. The owners have put at your disposal everything you might want if it were your property. The condo is near several beaches. A short walk brings you to two enjoyable shopping centers.

My wife and I recently stayed here seven nights with two other adult couples. All of us were very pleased with our lodging choice and would certainly recommend it to others. The home was in pristine condition and was very accommodating and comfortable for our group. Highlights were the beautiful master bedroom and the attached deck overlooking the golf course. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio, especially early in the mornings. Personal privacy was not a problem and there was ample storage space for our travel gear. We also appreciated the supply of beach towels and beach gear. Having access to the garage was also a bonus! The townhome is located in a prime Waikoloa location directly across the street from the Queens Marketplace and one short block to the Kings Shoppes. The beach park is a very short drive away, or you can walk. There is also a Foodland grocery store about 5 - 10 minutes away at Mana Lani.

This was one of the most enjoyable vacation our family has even had ! We have stayed in holiday homes and vacation rentals before but none matched the elegance of this beautiful villa. The location was perfect, convenient to the beach, golf courses and shopping of Waikoloa. Planning a vacation with 20 year old and 17 year old boys can be challenging but our kids were never bored taking full advantage of the scuba- diving beginner program offered by Ocean Sports conveniently located at the nearly Hilton as well as great day of zip-lining at the Big Island Eco Adventure in Hawi

My family loved out stay in this beautiful home. The house is fully equipped . The location is withing easy walking to a great little "turtle beach" Close to morning coffee and a short drive to some great snorkle beaches. We would definitely recommend a stay here and we are planning to return. Everything about this spot was perfect.

Everything about this condo is excellent.......great location (on ground level with nice view of golf course), beautiful, well-kept landscaping, very tasteful and comfortable furnishings, great floor plan, very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen tv's in great room and all bedrooms, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella. There are some great sandy beaches in the area....some are better for snorkeling and some are better for boogie boarding......ask around and it's not too difficult to figure out. We went to the Waikola Marriott Luau and thought it was good food and very entertaining. If you book on-line, you can save $8.00 each.

Delightful Waikoloa Property

We loved our stay at the Waikoloa Beach Villas. Walking distance (or shuttle from Queens Marketplace) to the entire area. Great restaurants, beach, shopping. The condo itself was very nicely furnished, quiet, peaceful. Lots of special touches like dvd's, coffee, tea, condiments, spices, beach toys, umbrella, chairs, towels and everything we needed for a great week. The binder of local info/menus was helpful as well. Great value. Would have slept 6-8 comfortably. We only had 4 and one bedroom and bath went unused empty. Pool is small but very nice and not crowded. No fighting for a lounger like at the hotels. We loved our dinner at the Beach Tree Restaurant at the Four Seasons, but also the Macaroni Grill across the street and even the food court. Made a nightly walk to the Marble Slab (closes at 9:24 PM) for unbelievable ice cream. Hua was our favorite beach just 5 minutes north of the airport. Free parking, gorgeous sand, calm bay.

Amazing Location

We had a wonderful family vacation. We had two families (with 4 kids). The kids had a blast and loved running through the palm trees in the backyard. The pools were great and never very busy! It was nice to be so close to the grocery store and Starbucks for the mornings. We are looking forward to coming back and making this an annual vacation!

Wonderful Place!

We just came back from our stay at this home and we truly enjoyed every bit of it. The place was really like a home -- everything you have in your own home, you'll have them here and more. So, needless to say, you don't need to bring anything else but your bathing suit and clothes. The place was very clean and well stocked with cooking needs, towels, beach paraphernalias, etc. The owners were very helpful and promptly called us back when we had a question. Further, the directions for the house they provided to us were very easy to follow. The place was pretty much accessible to beaches,sight-seeing, shopping and the Kona International Airport. We pretty much were able to see the whole island during our stay. The Sensei restaurant across the street was very good. Although, the supermarket (I couldn't recall the name) was very expensive. I've paid double of the price I usually pay in New York. Other than little thing, everything was perfect. I would recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

Waikoloa Village is a small town about 7-8 miles from us and is located away from the coast. Some guests think that Waikoloa Village and Waikoloa Beach Resort are the same. However, they are two different towns. We purchased at Waikoloa Beach Resort to be within walking distance to the beach and all the fine dining and shops that owning in a resort provides. Lovely townhome on Kohola Coast!!

Our family just enjoyed a fabulous vacation in Hawaii staying in this great townhouse. Had plenty of room for our 5 plus my parents, who liked the bedroom on the ground floor. The pullout couch is upstairs in a study area between the master bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds, which meant that the kids could all fall asleep upstairs and the grown ups could still use the living area. Great kitchen, easy walk to the Kings shops & Queens Market. You can also walk to A-beach, although the resort area seems to prefer if you drive (no sidewalk on part of the walk). Very clean, modern, nice bathrooms & well-stocked kitchen. Very short drives to fantastic beaches. We made lots of use of the beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and the grill on the back patio. Would stay again!

Wonderful stay on the Big Island

I normally don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to write about our positive experience at this condo. Multiple bedrooms worked well for our extended family and the open kitchen/eating/family area gave us plenty of space without tripping over each other. The lanai was a popular spot for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. The condo was clean and the furnishings were well maintained. We felt like we were in someone's home. The location also worked well for us due to the proximity to 2 beaches - A-Bay and Mauna Kea. A-Bay is within walking distance and Mauna Kea was a short drive away. We arrived at the condo a few days after the tsunami and A-bay had more clean-up. Therefore, most of our beach time was at Mauna Kea. There are a limited number of parking spots, so go early. We used the beach towels, cooler, beach chairs and boogie boards from the condo. The boys experimented with the boogie boards and had a blast. The condo is located across from the Queen's Shops and next to the King's shops. Both have a variety of stores and restaurants which worked well for an ice cream or coffee stop, picking up a few souveniers or shopping for clothing or jewelry. The boys also loved the resort swimming pool. The condo is close enough that it was a short walk, but not so close as to have pool noise. This location was perfect for us as we were looking for something outside of downtown Kona yet close enough to the beaches and other activities. Overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at the condo and on the Big Island!

This place was beyond what we expected. Three couples stayed very comfortably in this beautiful, well kept villa. From the decorating, to the comfort of the beds, to the beautiful setting plus all of the amenities made our time on the Big Island absolutely heavenly! Michelle & Michael were great to work with. We happened to be there during the Tsunami warning and even received a call from Michelle to let us know what to do! We would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. I wish we could have stayed longer - or taken the place with us to the next island!

A Fabulous home away from home!!!

We recently rented the Gaddie condo and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful and practical layout. The condo is very sound proof and the landscaping and 2 pool areas are quiet and gorgeous.The kitchen is easy for many to use at the same time and very well outfitted. I would suggest asking the owners about how to use the air conditioning before you arrive as this was our only difficulty. It is a great location for day trip and shopping. Great shops all around. Do not believe the reviews about shopping in the gourmet supermarket across the street. It is very very expensive. Instead do yourself a favour and drive the 30 minutes to Costco or target, etc in Kona. Overall a place we would highly recommend.

Hawaii state law requires that doors have switches on them that do not allow the A/C to run when one of them is open or even slightly ajar. Your correct that the Gourmet Market can be a little pricey, because of the speciality items and the fact that they are actually within the resort. If one doesn't want to drive to Kona, there is a nice large grocery store in Waikoloa Village which is about a 10 minute drive. I hosted my 2 daughters, my son in law, 2 grandchildren, and my fiance at this lovely home and had the most enjoyable vacation I have ever experienced in Hawaii. The lanai off the downstairs dining room and upstairs balcony were great,; the pools for the children and adults were great; the location was excellent, convenient to shops, restaurants, groceries,golf, tennis and the nicest beach on the island is a short 10 minute walk. The Gaddies have made their home very easy and enjoyable and all the amenities are the best. I would highly recommend this home for families with children of any age or for three adult couples.

This is a beautiful Condo! Comfortable beds with a great kitchen and all amenities. We were able to cook a fabulous Thanksgiving meal with all the kitchen supplies present. Very pretty patio with great BBQ & cozy patio furniture looking out onto a lovely golf course. Quiet & peacefull setting. Excellent location near many luxury hotels and easily accessible beaches. Owner was very friendly and helpful in describing nearby activities & shops. I would definitely recommend this Condo & location for friends & families.

The Gaddie's lovely home is even better in person than the online pictures indicate. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable,spotless, very private, quiet, beautifully situated and landscaped, and suited our needs perfectly. Our party consisted of 4 adults attending a family function. The condo was a good driving distance from the venue. We did most of our shopping for groceries, etc. at the gourmet market at The Queen's Shops, which are literally steps from the Waikoloa Beach Villas. We did not find the prices out of line with what we would pay for similar items in Vancouver, Canada. Restaurants in the area were plentiful and we enjoyed all that we tried. The condo kitchen was very well equipped, and it is a bonus to have the outdoor kitchen attached to the unit, complete with top of the line BBQ. Many of the other condo developments in Waikoloa do not allow private BBQs--you need to share facilities at their pool or amenities centre, so if you like to BBQ, this is a great place. Plentiful beach toys and equipment supplied and housed in private garage. We picked this property due to the fact we had 3 couples, and we were celebrating our parents 60th wedding anniversary. First of all this was far better than we had expected. Home away from Home

My family (seven of us) shared the Gaddie's lovely Waikaloa condo in early October and it was a wonderful experience for all. We were able to use this lovely home as a base for exploring the many charms of the Big Island including the lovely beach, golf course and historical ruins of Waikoloa itself. Although Waikoloa has nice restaurants, we prepared wonderful family meals in the condo's large kitchen and on the gourmet gas grill on the lanai. Convenient grocery shopping is just across the street at the Queen's shopping village and Kamuela Liquors in nearby Waimea has the best wine selection on the island. Many thanks to the Gaddie's for providing their wonderful home at a very affordable rate.

We came back from this beautiful condo last week. I was skeptical all the 5 star reviews, but now I confirmed that this condo is the true paradise. We had a really good time there, and We will definitely go back to this condo! The house is beautifully furnished by Hawaiian theme. The kitchen had everything I needed. We loved the back yard too... It was big and safe, 3 little children could run around without any worries. You see birds and little animals sometimes. The pool in the property was kid friendly too. The villa was very quiet at night and nobody disturbed our sleeps. Finally, I wants to thank Michelle for her professional communication. I am not a native English speaker but Michelle was very patient with me.

My wife and I took our two sons and their wives with us on a trip to the Big Island in June 2010 and stayed at this condo unit. We were all able to stay here comfortably, the place is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and we were able to walk to the "A-Bay" beach, walk to very nice shopping and excellent restaurants in Waikoloa Village. We were only 10 minutes away from Hapuna Beach - one of the best beaches in America. They had an ice chest and beach toys and chairs we were able to use - it was all very convenient and for a great price. We were able to park our rental vehicle in our own garage adjacent to the unit (where the beach toys and other items are also available) and the condos have a great pool area just a one minute walk away from this unit's front door. I'm always a little nervous about booking a place like this through the Internet, but this was a pleasant experience, the owners were very helpful and responsive - and at $200 a night this is just a great deal. My wife and I wouldn't hesitate to return and we plan to recommend it to family and friends.

The Gaddie condo was gorgeous just like the pictures. I was so impressed with how clean the condo was right down to the details! I am extremely fussy and could not find fault with anything. We really enjoyed the lanai and having our own grill. It was nice not having to walk to the pool area to wait in line to use the grill. Our three week stay at the Waikoloa Beach Villas was everything we had hoped for. It was true to its presentation on VRBO. The surrounding grounds of the property are quite beautiful and the two pools fulfilled our need to keep cool in the 82F weather. Shopping is good at both Kings and Queens Market and very handy to the Villa, which are within walking distance to the Villas (just across the street). Grocery shopping is expensive at Queens, so be prepared to spend a little more for your regular items and essentials. Popular stores such as Costco and Target are in Kona for added shopping. It was great having internet capability and the provided hardware setup. Lots to do in and around Kona, but a car is certainly essential for touring. Would definitely recommend horseback riding, Dolphin Quest at The Hilton and the two semi-private beaches close by (beach pass required). Check out your options in the handy book that Michelle has in the unit. It provides everything you need to know and more. All in all, a fun and pleasant stay in the Villas. It's a very comfortable unit with lots of open space and the beautiful view of the golf course from all the patios is spectacular.

We stayed in this condo in February 2009 and we absolutely loved it! The furnishings are upscale and very comfortable! My husband and I have stayed in several other units at Waikoloa Beach Villas and the Gaddie condo tops them all! We have found our vacation home in Hawaii.

We enjoyed our stay at the Gaddie condo. Waikoloa Beach Villas is a beautiful property. It is obvious that Michael & Michelle take pride in their lovely, clean island home. Location and views are beautiful. Loved the outdoor summer kitchen; we found ourselves grilling and enjoying the lanai a lot. Our family looks forward to returning.

This condo is very nice. There were a total of 7 of us staying here and we were very comfortable. The kitchen was nicely stocked. It was great having use of all the beach gear too! They even had 8 boogie boards and snorkeling gear. The interior is stunning! It was nice being away from the noise at the pools but close enough of a walk to get to both. Great work-out room too! We highly recommend the Gaddie condo.
