  This was our fourth trip to Lincoln and we have stayed in this rental each time. It is wonderful! Jessica, the owner, is so kind and quick to get back with any answers to questions. The condo sleeps many and the kitchen is well stocked. We love using the indoor pool when it is cold outside and the outdoor pool and hot tub in the nicer weather. The condo is located to every wonderful attraction and hiking in the White Mountains. We have stayed there in the Spring, Summer and the Fall and each time has been magnificent! If you have children you will love taking them on all the hiking trails, as well as to the Polar Caves, Story Land and Santa's Village. We have already booked another trip to stay in this great condo. Thank you Jessica for sharing your fabulous rental!

  The condo had everything we (7 of us plus dog) needed: space, views of the mountains and all amenities. A great time was had by all and we all want to go back.

  Our family went to NH over Thanksgiving weekend and stayed in this condo. It was clean and looked even better in person than in the pictures on the website. This was just across hate road from Loon Mountain, and minutes away from some great hiking trails. The fact that we could bring our dogs along was perfect. We ate in for all of our meals, and the kitchen was perfect...there were even spices in the cabinets, and plenty of space for everything that we brought. I'd definately go again!

  This condo at Loon Mountain was the perfect location for our family to use as a base camp for visiting the area and there was lots of room for all of us (4 adults and 3 girls ages 11, 12, 13). The beds and other furniture were quite comfy and the kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, etc for us. There was even a little mustard, catsup, etc to get us started. The Price Chopper grocery store in Lincoln was well stocked and reasonably priced. It was a quiet community. The condo association has tennis courts, 2 indoor and 1 outdoor hot tub as well as 2 indoor and 1 outdoor pools (they were filling one more outdoor pool for the summer season). It is an easy 2.5 hour drive from Boston Logan and about an hour from Maine and Vermont. Lots of tourist stuff to do and many hiking trails. It is less than 2 hours from Mt Washington and we had a perfect day to drive up to the top of the mountain. We went canoeing/kayaking on the Saco river just an hour east of Conway NH, ziplining in town and at Loon Mountain across the river. The pictures on the web site are representative of the unit and the realtor was easy to work with and checked up on us while we were there to make sure everything was OK. We would highly recommend this rental for families wishing to take a vacation like we took. It's probably a killer place during skiing season too.

  Lovely condo, owner very nice, we had a great time and would rent this condo again. Wonderful view of Loon Mountain from the deck. Great neighbors who helped us out (I had trouble with the lock, but that was my fault). Great location, a little hard to find the condo, might want to ask for turn by turn directions if you will be arriving late at night. Overall I would recommend this condo.

  I just want to say this place is perfect! It's nice and roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, pans, plates, bowls etc.. for cooking. It's convenient to all the great bicycling opportunities we were looking for. Everyone in my group voted it for a repeat!

  I highly recommend this place. It was very roomy and a very convenient location. The club house was huge and had lots of things to do! The kids loved it! Although the mountains were closed to skiing, we were able to rent bikes from a nearby shop and ride on some trails, went hiking and its not to far from North Conway for some really good shopping.

  We stayed at this condo for a week in July of 2010 and found it spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and the decor was modern. A huge plus for us is that it was a really nice condo and pet friendly. For non pet owners there are no obvious signs of dogs having vacationed here. The kitchen was well equipped and even had some basic supplies such as salt, pepper, sugar etc.The wireless internet was great too. As noted in the description it is only a short walk down to the pool area No issues for small kids to walk there and back. Pity however that the outdoor pools at this resort are not heated. They were a little too cool and our kids preferred to be in the heated indoor pools. There an abundance of hot tubs too which we all enjoyed. For the condo one suggestion might be the addition of a window fan for the master bedroom. Being on the third floor it really retains the heat of the day, even with the cooler evenings and was a little too warm up there a couple of nights. I would suggest bringing one for peak summer if not provided. No issues with the other bedrooms on the lower floors. The resort is only a 5 minute car ride to Lincoln woods for off lease dog walks, the town of Lincoln is 5 minutes in the other direction and we all enjoyed the gondola rides up Loon mountain right across the street. All in all we really enjoyed our week here and would definitely return.
