  This 3 bedroom/3 bath unit was very large and nicely accommodated our party of 7. It was clean and well maintained and a true bargain at the negotiated rate. The listing and photos are very accurate and the owner was a pleasure to work with. We were in town for a family wedding being held at the convention center so the location was perfect. Getting around this property was a little cumbersome as the elevators are on one side of the building (we didn't see any signage to indicate it) and the beach access on the opposite side and required navigating down a steep hill in the parking lot (not easy for my 77 & 78 year old parents). Our only "surprise" was that the on-suite bath in the master opens directly into the room without a door for privacy.

  Fantastic view, awesome place to stay. Everything we perfect. I would highly recommend anyone looking to vacate to FL to look here. Not one single thing was wrong or out of place.

  We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean and a great size. The best part was being just steps to the beautiful Gulf. We actually never even used the on-site pool because the Gulf was perfect! We were hoping to re-book this same property in August, but they are already booked. Also, the owners were so easy to work with. It was a great experience all around!

  I wanted to thank you again for renting us your home away from home. It was absolutely perfect for my family! Watching pod after pod of dolphins swimming by from your balcony will stay with my kids for a long time! We brought our 4 kids plus a nephew and all of them loved the accomodations! We will be sure to tell anyone coming down to that area to check out your VRBO listing, and I know we'll check on the availability every time we come down to the beach. I have family in FWB so we try to go once a year. This is the 3rd time I've used VRBO and your place was by far the best! Your willingness to work with us on a couple of special requests was so appreciated! Thanks again!

  Our first stay at this condo was in October 2010. The condo reflected exactly what is shown in the photos, and Emerald Towers was quiet during this time. I think we were one of 5 families in the entire resort that week, so needless to say we had no problems with noise. It was everything we wanted and more!! Great condo, and the owners were very nice to correspond with and very helpful. We highly recommend this unit to Ft Walton vacationers!!

  Our experience with this condo, and owner, has been nothing but A+. As much as I would like to keep this secret all to ourselves, I would recommend for anyone looking for a good quality, spacious, and oceanfront property without crowded beaches. First, the reservation process through the owner via VRBO was seemless and the price was the best I found for the value/location. The pictures tell a lot, but the decor was very tasteful and did not have the normal 'tropical' cheap decor we had seen before. Secondly, the building was small and less congested than many others nearby. The pool was not crowded and the access to the beach was very convenient. Chairs and an umbrella awaited us every day and was also not congested or overcrowded. It felt like having our own private beach. The master bedroom is worth fighting for if you share the condo with another couple. However, both larger bedrooms have a king bed and plenty of room. The middle room with twin beds was perfect for two children. The condo is well equiped from kitchen supplies to washer/dryer. The large dining table was great for gathering in addition to the bar area. Plenty of time could be spent on the balcony overlooking nothing but beach and water. This owner is very easy to work with and knows what to expect as an owner. I will look forward to contacting them again for our next trip to the beach.
