Located on beautiful Okaloosa Island in Emerald Towers West, the gorgeous view and tranquility of the beaches are sure to relax and please anyone wanting to get away from the hassle and hustle of everyday.
This condo is located on the fourth floor, directly on the beach. The view of the beach and water is completely unobstructed. The master bedroom has a separate entrance to the balcony which overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Picturesque sunrises, sunsets, and the gentle ocean breeze can be experienced all year round.
This unit has three bedrooms, each with a TV and DVD player. Two bedrooms contain king size beds, the third contains two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom for privacy. Pull out the queen size sofa and the unit will sleep eight comfortably.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all large and small appliances needed to enjoy an easy-going vacation dinner, snacks and cocktails, or to prepare a cook-out on the charcoal grills provided under the palms by the pool. Not to disappoint the snowbirds, the pool is heated for year round enjoyment.
The washer and dryer are located off the kitchen hallway to enable patrons to pack lightly. A large mudroom provides space for your sand/beach toys, inflatable and coolers, along with an iron, ironing board, towel racks and everyday cleaning supplies.
Experience the beautiful beaches of Fort Walton right outside your condo from your own beach umbrella and chairs. Swimming, fishing, kite flying, and dolphin watching are just a few of the activities at your disposal, along with beach kayak rentals.
Okoloosa Island’s parasailing businesses offer high flying fun for the adventurer while the beach front aquarium schedules dolphin/seal shows for young vacationers and those preferring land activities.
Should you tire of the beach or need a break from the sun, the city of Fort Walton is just over the bridge. A chain grocery, restaurants, public library, local shops, cinemas and shopping mall are just minutes away. For more intense bargain hunting, Destin, along with the fun parks and outlet malls, are only 6 miles to the east. Deep sea fishing, glass bottom boats and sailing are also available in the Destin Harbor.

Our first stay at this condo was in October 2010. The condo reflected exactly what is shown in the photos, and Emerald Towers was quiet during this time. I think we were one of 5 families in the entire resort that week, so needless to say we had no problems with noise. It was everything we wanted and more!! Great condo, and the owners were very nice to correspond with and very helpful. We highly recommend this unit to Ft Walton vacationers!!

Our experience with this condo, and owner, has been nothing but A+. As much as I would like to keep this secret all to ourselves, I would recommend for anyone looking for a good quality, spacious, and oceanfront property without crowded beaches. First, the reservation process through the owner via VRBO was seemless and the price was the best I found for the value/location. The pictures tell a lot, but the decor was very tasteful and did not have the normal 'tropical' cheap decor we had seen before. Secondly, the building was small and less congested than many others nearby. The pool was not crowded and the access to the beach was very convenient. Chairs and an umbrella awaited us every day and was also not congested or overcrowded. It felt like having our own private beach. The master bedroom is worth fighting for if you share the condo with another couple. However, both larger bedrooms have a king bed and plenty of room. The middle room with twin beds was perfect for two children. The condo is well equiped from kitchen supplies to washer/dryer. The large dining table was great for gathering in addition to the bar area. Plenty of time could be spent on the balcony overlooking nothing but beach and water. This owner is very easy to work with and knows what to expect as an owner. I will look forward to contacting them again for our next trip to the beach.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
