Two Owner Rented Condos (one bedroom and one bath and two bedroom and two bath) at the Top Rated Beaches on the Emerald Coast, in Sandpiper Cove Resort in Downtown Destin, Florida close to all the activities with little driving required.
Decorator-designed furnishings kept up to date by local owner/manager. Parking right at front door of ground-floor condo for ease of access with bags and luggage, NO STEPS, NO ELEVATORS. One deck on the back opens off the living room/kitchen and provides a full view of the pool and three hot tubs, surrounded by two putting greens.
Guests can watch kids in the pool from the kitchen and living room! Ceilings are ten feet tall for open, airy feeling. Kitchen is fully-equipped for short or long term living with complete designer dishes, utensils, pot and pans, all equipment including microwave, full oven, dishwasher, ice maker, washer, and dryer.
Floors in living room, dining room, kitchen, baths, and halls are tile for easy upkeep and clean, sparkling appearance. Dining table seats six with two leaves for expansion and three bar stools. Patio table seats four with four additional occasional chairs on both decks. Carpet in bedrooms for quiet, warm appearance.
The master bedroom has a private patio, also overlooking the pool area but tucked away in a secluded area. Both baths are en-suite with a door from the hall leading into the bedroom/bath hallway with a bath door for complete privacy in both bedrooms. No Smoking allowed.
